i want to thank you to all other reviewers because of them we are able to buy the product and as the ball is my side i feel like i should also do the same and aware people about this product which is really cost effective and pretty much good, it is cheap because its not isolated but don't worry doesn't make much difference if you are beginner just it will take little more time to absorb that's it yes that's it. the best thing about it that you don't have to buy multivitamin seperately because it is having all the essential vitamins and minerals in it. In the last i am sharing my protein intake plan :- 1. take half scoop of it in the early morning just after you wake up as it can kickstart your muscles protein synthesis 2. preworkout : take half of the scoop with half scoop of creatine as the protein produces amino acid and reduces muscle breakdown and the creatine gives you strength hence you can perform better in the gym 3. post workout: one scoop of protein and half scoop of creatine (there is a different little scoop for creatine) it is best for muscles recovery and growth and muscle replenish the creatine store jo apko agle din ke workout me help karta hai yes two scoop of NAKPRO brand is just fine it will give you around 48 grams of protein which is like 70-80 percent of your overall daily protein intake

Taste is good but not suitable for stomach

I have used 12 kg of this, and the results are awesome. This whey is great, and some of you might think why it’s priced so low. The answer is simple—it contains 14 g of carbs, and that’s it. That’s why it’s more affordable. If you’re tight on budget and want a great protein, go for this one. Don’t get influenced by negative reviews because this is a trusted and certified product. You can even check its amino profile and other details on YouTube—everything is within safe limits. It’s perfect for middle-class people like me. It also helped me with weight loss, obviously in combination with my diet and high protein intake, which together contributed to good muscle mass and fat loss. For me, it digested very easily, so digestion is perfect from my side. Since I started using it, I also noticed improvements in my strength. So overall, it’s perfect and an all-rounder. The only small issue is that the scoop size is not very accurate, but I use a weighing balance, so it’s not a problem for me. Considering the price, it’s the best choice. And for those who say it’s not good—they can always buy the more expensive ones.

Ok, I am not going to lie as a long term Nakpro user, this product has been bit of a let down. Let me preface this review with a disclaimer, I am a long distance runner, cyclist. I don't really protein in the same quantities as serious powerlifters or bodybuilders, my diet is heavier on carbs and greens. I know what you are thinking, a kilo of protein for as low as 999 INR in 2024, looks like a deal thats too good to be true, but the issue is, whenever you see such deals, especially with supplements, pay attention to the fine print. Look at the serving size, the ingredients and the number of servings per pack, is they don't tell you everything, look at the method of production and bio availability of nutrients. In this particular case Nakpro has diluted the quality of the supplement itself, 2 scoops of this powder will give you loose motions, i.e. not only will it not be absorbed by your body properly, it will compromise your recovery. Keep in mind the entire brand or idea of Nakpro was an affordable easily digestible protein that can be used on a daily basis without any repercussions. This particular product is definitely a far cry from their other protein formulas, and I have never had problems with their other Whey/Caesin formulas. This particular one though, is just not it. It doesn't matter what I mix it in, milk, water, oats etc, the result is always the same, an upset stomach. Please do the math, if you can't afford protein, you are better off eating eggs (non veg), or kidney beans, lentils etc. Do NOT settle for such scams, when it comes to health.

Its my first protein powder and i must say it is good. the taste is good with water but with milk it tastes a bit weird (its chocolate), not that weird that you can't drink but a bit less flavourful with milk. i don't have shaker yet so i ma mixing it in glass and mixability is good but there are few small lumps. The quality is also good, packing is good (mind that its ordered from Amazon), i dont know about its results because i have consumed only 2 scoops and i am beginner. digestive problems ARE NOT there, i don't see why people complaint about its digestion. delevery time was one day only so 👍 (the people who are complaining about its digestion, you guys are lactose intolerant.)
