Worked well to fix my bolt

I cut about 10in worth of threads in record time...way faster than I should have. 🤣 But it worked nice and didn't dull at all that I could tell.

Bought to chase some threads on auto lug bolt studs. The bolts were 100% fine except they had metal galled in the threads from a magnesium wheel that had been run a bit loose that a pick or wire brush would not remove. I verified it was the right size, both die and bolt... but it simply would not start. It was slightly too small ID. Not even on a brand new bolt verified to be the size stamped on the die could be started on. Oh well, had to bang out and replace all the bolts instead.

Die was the wrong size and had a lead in ground on BOTH sides instead of just one.

Use slowly and carefully, remembering to back off and lubricate regularly
