I have, on occasion, have taken my shoes to a shoe store and have them install the lift on the bottom of the shoe. Usually 50 to 75 dollars for one shoe. Being a hillbilly from W. Virginia walking all those hills near Moundsville and a broken hip later in life my right leg is shorter. These are a cheaper solution to help with the shorter leg. They are layered so you can adjust the height. l have to be careful when purchasing shoes as I need higher sides because the lift does take up room in the shoe. If I get a lower sided shoe my foot slides up and down when walking. Overall all I have been very pleased with the product and you cannot beat the price compared to a shoe store.

I suffer from scoliosis and I don’t like how I feel uneven when I walk. I love the fact that I can adjust the size to my preference and I feel just as normal! When I got my item, I just give it a little trim so it’ll fit in my shoe perfectly! Would buy again if my product wears out!
