We use this heater in an above ground tank with 2 koi and snails. In our Montana this is holding our temperature right where we want it. The way we use it makes it hard to see the LED digital display but when we take it out of the water it is easy to read.

I have two of these in a 75gallon tank two different ones that is. Keeps temps where they need to be and no issues.

These heaters do Not last long at all. Been through two of them. The one I have now keeps cutting off. Would not recommend.

So far so good. I like the digital display so I can see the status of it at a quick glance. It seems a little large for my tank, but that's ok. It is very easy to install and set up. The controls are mid-line on the power cord, so you can set the temp or change it with out removing the heater or getting your hands wet. It does a great job of maintaining the temp to within a degree of what is set.

These are great if you can look past the size. The aquarium in the picture os a 75 gallon. Its even hard to hide with wood and plants. There is a ln Eheim heater in there too, which you cant see. But that is glass and can break easily, not this one.

Bought as backup to the same model I just had to put in as the previous heater crapped out as they always do after a couple years when you least expect it. Very easy to setup and has a highly visible digital temperature display. Highly recommend. Always keep a backup handy if you value the lives of your fish.

So far working good and I like it.

Purchased Nov 2023 and safely removed it and packaged up for summer. Now it won’t work for this winter. No way to tell why. This is sad because our turtle needs this and we spent a lot of money on something that only lasted 4-5 months. Dis anyone else experience this? Or how to fix it? It worked really well last winter.

Stopped working after a few days..dont bother buying

The heater electrocuted my fish killed every single one-off them, the led display stopped working and then they all got electrocuted. Very angry 😠
