Perfect belt. Have a squat machine at gym I go to that allows you to hook belt to it. This worked perfectly.

This belt is a great combination of value and quality. It fits my 34” waist comfortably with room to spare. You can also tighten the chain to go quite a bit smaller. A lot of belts are made with cheap material and stitching. The padding and strength of the material is really good for the cost. I use it for belt squats on my pulley tower and I can lift as much as I need. It stays where intended and gives good support to disperse the weight evenly. Good purchase when looking for a value dip/squat belt.
