Finally, I've found another NA option that I can drink neat! The black ginger has a similar bite to Ish brand gin substitute (the only other option I drink neat) so if you like that, there's a good chance you'll love this. A hint of sour, detectable but not excessive sweetness, some fire from the ginger, and a gorgeous blend of botanicals. Not even sure I WANT to try to mix it with anything. It's perfect as-is and doesn't need any help.

This has a really rich botanical flavor. As long as you understand that this isn't supposed to taste like real liquor, you'll be fine. Nice to drink straight.

Strong flavor, good ginger bite. Has a bit of a grapefruit taste. Mixes well with ginger beer on the rocks, and is great straight-up as a cocktail substitute. Also good heated in the microwave for a (very) few seconds.

This beverage has a strong medicinal taste, with a overtly strong orange residual flavor on the tongue. Actually, the orange is so strong that it numbed my tongue and lips. I blended the beverage with black tea to cut the strength, but I'm still not a fan. I will try it again diluting it with something else to see if it's worth saving.

If you drink alcohol, this is not going to taste like a replacement to bourbon for you. If you don't, it's a really great replacement. The first ingredients include ginger which gives it a bite and lemon balm, which is good for anxiety. It has mate, which gives you a lift. It's got a full, herby, and peppery/spicey taste with an orange finish. As a person who hasn't drank alcohol in years, it's a great adult-tasting drink with good, functional ingredients.

Interesting taste…I mixed it with pathfinder to give it the perfect bitter/sweet taste…will buy again ✨
