I was having trouble understanding some concepts about some components so I picked up this book to help. It does a great job at explaining the fundamentals which has left me wanting me more which is a good thing. The book does it job well

I thought this book would be a good starting point as a beginner. It's ok, a little overwhelming. Hard to say if I recommend or not. Maybe it's just the topic that makes it overwhelming and not the book itself.
