Does what it says. Plumps this lips and smooths. It is a tiny bit spicy but just when you first apply it and it is not harsh at all.

Some may call it a placebo, but I truly think it works. I quickly saw a noticeable definition in the lining of my lips and lip color. It almost looked like I had put a pink tinted lip gloss on, but it was just the color of my lips became much more vibrant after applying. It does not last all day, so you will find yourself needing to reapply, but that’s to be expected. You only need a little bit when applying, so it’s not like you will go through the whole bottle quickly. Also — it does cause a tingling sensation, but does not last long. Overall, I can definitely say this has become a necessity it my routine!

Doesn't work, I've tried a few times but just makes my lips red. Doesn't plump or do anything beneficial.

The product comes in a cool package that is evocative of a syringe- but the applicator is soft silicone. The product dispenses as expected. Use less than you think the first time- as it is very spicy and when I put it on, I was too generous and it made the immediate area around my lips red. It does plump the lips, but makes the lips red (like I’d been crying). Not much product is needed to get the effect. Ultimately it was too spicy for me and the redness around my lips isn’t a look I enjoy.

I wasn’t sure about this product and even wanted to return it but I kept coming back to it and decided to keep it. The moment I knew it was working was when I put it on to prep my lips then a while later blotted it off to put on my lip liner. That’s when I saw that the area I was lining seemed a bit fuller. Now I love the stuff. Kind of pricey if you ask me, but what price are you willing to pay without getting a needle stuck in your lips. At the very least a decent alternative till you can save up the money to get your lips done.

I have no idea what ingredient in this product makes it work, but I'm apparently not one of the people sensitive to anything in it, so I'm really happy with it. I'm familar with lip plumpers that depend on capsaicin, etc., which I tolerate OK, but they have a barely detectable plumping effect on me (just mostly lots of redness), and this felt nothing like those. I felt no tingling, stinging, spiciness, or heat. I can feel it working in that a sensation of more volume in my lips will build gradually, which I can feel if I press my lips together (and maybe a very subtle warmth in the beginning?), and some visible blushing of my lips, but zero discomfort. It just really plumped up my lips to the degree that I'd want out of a subtle lip filler if I was OK with getting lip filler (I'm just personally nervous about injectables, not making judgments on anyone who gets filler). If you're looking for a giant pout or to go from very thin lips to pillow lips, i think there's honestly no topical product that will give that to you. But for a topical product, this really delivers, IMO. The results for me are noticeable but nothing that screams intervention—enough that I and a couple people who know me really well notice a difference. I'd say they make my lips look close to how they did 15 years ago. Results are temporary, as expected, but not gone in a flash as soon as you remove it. It seems to me that this is the kind of product that either works for you or it doesn't—or even causes a bad reaction in some people—but if it does work, as in my case, it genuinely works. I took a star off for it being pricey. Here's hoping that whatever ingredient it is that works in here, other brands start making products with it at a more affordable price point. For background, I have small (width-wise) medium volume lips that are a little less firm and have lost a bit of shape due to age these days. I don't have very thin lips and have no idea how this would work for people with thin lips.

I bit my lower lip and lower lip is definitely much thicker. It works ya'll. No wrinkling of the lips anymore either. Stop applying to the skin around your lips or it will turn your skin red. Meant for lips only. Apply less.

I purchased this to give it a try. The result... My lips plumped up a little bit, temporarily, and felt very moisturized. However, I tend to have sensitive skin, and the tingling that was supposed to go away in ten seconds, continued on and on and on. Not only that, but I looked like a had lip lipliner on because it seems to have burned the edges of my lips. So, I have an obvious red outline around the edges of my lips with a little bit more thickness in the corners, which is not attractive. I would say to "beware" for those with sensitive skin.
