Great book, lots of great information, good for beginners to even advanced technicians.

Very useful

I bought this book thinking it was an actual text book. It is not. The information isn't very detail. The information is brief, generic, and doesn't help with studying. If the activities were good then maybe it would be a decent time waster. First off. There is no answer key. I cannot even find one online. There is no way to verify answers. Next, the chapter does not provide enough context to answer or help in solving the questions. Lastly, most questions are so brief i don't even know what is asking me to do.It isn't very clear or user friendly. This is one question i had to give up on. I do not know what the numbers to the contacts represent. I sort of understand what it is asking after staring at it for half an hour. The layout is bad. I don't even know if i am doing it right.

Confirm with your professor if you need this or not before purchase. (Blue lettering) Hardback and paperback are 2 different books. Hardback is the lecture book and the paperback is the workbook.

Some of the page of this was printed wrong. I had to do my assignment using other people's book.

Order by school provided ISBN number but book received was an Applications Manual, NOT what my son needed. Had to buy again the correct item, but due to time constraints, had to get electronic version, so not something my son can keep going forward.

Received the applications manual with all of the necessary work pages torn out making this book completely unusable.

Did NOT RECEIVE the BOOK!! The package inside the mailbox was empty!

American Technical Publishers are very thorough. Their publications are an excellent resource. I highly recommend their texts and workbooks to my students.
