Very bad quality adhesive, doesn't stick to any surface, maybe old stock sent

Feels cheated... I ordered this product as it stayed releasable ties. I already have few reusable ties at home so i know how they are. They come with lock release function. The once I received are normal one time use locks. Returning them.
