They're far more expensive than most pharmacy vitamin D pills, but they taste better and leave no strange taste in the mouth so it's a fair trade off in my book.

The capsules themselves are great and easy to swallow and does the job however I didn’t have 30 in my tin I only had 20 :(

These are D3 vitamins which are good for the nerves, pain and immune system. Good if taken with magnesium, calcium and zinc. These vegan soft gels come in a little tin as opposed to a half-full plastic bottle. One months supply. The best source of vitamin D is sunlight on the skin but with often a lack of sunlight in the Winter months so many people are deficient.

I struggle in the darker months. I struggle to get out of bed and feel exhausted all the time. Two weeks on these and I feel like I’ve got my bounce day despite the fact I’m not sleeping anymore than usual.

For only 30 Vitamin D tablets this is a very expensive way of buying them,there are others which are also vegan that are so much cheaper. The appeal is the little tin , but is it worth the extra money , in my opinion no not really . Buy a jar of vitamin D and a cute little tin.

3.6 stars Here's a handy list of my experience with this Vitl supplement: Pros: - veg capsule - very easy to take - delivers a high dose (1000mcg) which is very much needed for my brown self - capsule comes with olive oil, which is excellent because vit D is oil soluble and needs to be taken with oil so the body absorbs it. - comes in a handy-size tin, easy to tuck away into your bag or pocket, esp when travelling (though who is doing any of that lately LOL) Cons: - the tin. is. so. hard. to. open. I swear it took me 6 months to manage to open it!! - only 30 capsules so it's just a monthly supply and liable to run out inconveniently quickly. would prefer to get this in a larger bulk pack/box and have the ability to refill the tin. - it's only D3, not a D3/D6 complex which I prefer - capsule contains carrageenan, which offsets the "clean" quotient (it is a highly inflammatory ingredient I try to avoid) On balance, this probably wouldn't be my personal Vit D supplement of choice, but I do think it has lots of unique features that are really important.
