I have a few of these and they can fall to bits at the join. A good whack with a hammer to make it bite better seems to make my others last longer. The product is really good and is a must with certain mobility issues. Just make sure you keep your eye on that joint to maintain its great working order as they do get a lot of use. Durable and Very useful for getting into and out of bed after my Hip Op.

Had my hip replaced and used this to get my operated leg into bed. Simple, easy and a godsend. And when you are miserable you can pretend you're taking an invisible dog for a walk!( laughing)

I have another leg lifter, which has no stability to it. This one has, so you can extend it to reach your foot easily without having to bend over to put the bottom loop over the foot. The only problem is that it comes curled round in the package, so the metal strip that keeps it solid takes ages to get back to being straight again; it took being put under heavy weights for a period of time.

This worked well for my mother (93 and fractured hip) with poor foot mobility and bunions. The one supplied by the physios in the hospital had a floppy loop on the end and she could not thread her foot through. She was immediately successful with this, (and do tell seniors to use 2 hands to pull with).

Ich bin begeistert. Die Schlingen bleiben inForm und müssen nich umständlich am Fuß sortiert werden. Breit genug sind sie auch und man muss sich nicht erst umständlich verdrehen um den Fuß anzuheben und danach wieder zu lösen. Mit einer Resthebe Kraft der Beine sehr nützlich. Versand ging, wie immer schnell bei Amazon. Die helfende Hand wirkt auf mich sehr wertig und scheint gut verarbeitet.

Also ich bin super begeistert bis jetzt. Endlich muss ich nicht immer meinen Mann oder Schwiegermutter um Hilfe bitten, wenn ich aus dem Rollstuhl ins Bett will. Alle Daumen hoch .

Es funktioniert tatsächlich. Endlich kann meine Schwiegermutter wieder gut ins Bett hinein, ohne sich zu sehr anzustrengen. Klasse kann man sich zur Unterstützung ruhig zu legen. TOP!

Innerhalb von 2 Monaten habe ich schon den 2. Leg up lifter. Der kostenlose Umtausch bei Amazon klappte problemlos, aber nach zwei Wochen ist auch das zweite Hilfsmittel nicht mehr brauchbar. Die Plasteschiene innerhalb des gelben Gurtes zerbricht mehrfach und die Nieten zur Befestigung der Handschlaufen reißen aus. Dieser Artikel ist nur für einen kurzen und leichten Gebrauch zu empfehlen, aber nicht als Hilfsmittel für den mehr als 14-tägigen Gebrauch.
