No more back pain.
I wear these everyday. Helped with back pain. Fit as they should. The arch height was just right. Seems to be strong.

Great insoles and make my knees hurt less due to previous pronation!
I was having knee aches and was looking for some inserts to help my pronation. I found these and for the price I gave it a go. I have been using these inserts now for a few months and love them! My inner knee joint pain diminished greatly. They are easy to transfer from one set of shoes to another. The learning curve was a bit weird at first but after a few days of wearing them it feels strange not to have them in any shoe now. I will note that you will most likely have to loosen your sneaker laces to adjust to the change. I feel like I am walking taller and straighter now as well which a plus. I am a lifelong huncher.

Work great in cowboy boots!
After spending $1,500 at the Good Feet store to get my feet straightened out so I could go hiking again, I was looking for some similar shoe inserts so I wouldn’t have to constantly swap my Good Feet store inserts without having to spend $400. I thought I would give the Dr. Potter inserts a try. I started out trying to use them in my hiking and running shoes but they were too thick to use without removing the standard shoe inserts, but they fit perfectly in my cowboy boots which don’t have any foam inserts in them! So instead of using them for hiking, I now use them for mowing the lawn with my work boots! I can now mow for hours and still walk without pain the next day!

Decent insoles, but not a perfect fit for everyone
Tried these arch support insoles in my work shoes. They're pretty sturdy, don't squish down like some cheaper ones I've used. The gel heel part feels nice, adds some extra cushioning when I'm on my feet all day. The material seems durable, hasn't worn down much after a few weeks of use. They stick well in the shoes, don't slide around. Nice that they're not full-length, makes them easier to fit in different types of shoes. But they're not without issues. The arch support is pretty high - took some getting used to and was a bit uncomfortable at first. The metatarsal pad feels a bit odd, like there's a lump under my foot. They make my shoes feel a bit tighter, had to loosen the laces. The adhesive is strong, but makes it tricky to switch them between shoes. And while they're supposed to fit most shoes, they didn't work well in my dress shoes - too bulky. Overall, they're okay if you're looking for firm arch support. Just be prepared for an adjustment period and maybe some trial and error with shoe fit. Might work great for some people, but others might find them too intense.

Great Support, Fit, & Price
Having PTTD and wearing a boot for 9 weeks, I needed more support than the recommended Brooks shoes. These insoles exactly fit my Brooks shoes and have helped my pttd tremendously. They give height in the heel while cradling the heel. The instep makes my foot align taking pressure off my tendon. They do not slide in the shoe. I have 2 pairs and use them in all my shoes. I highly recommend these. The price was in the same range as Dr Scholl's insoles, but the Dr Potter product is far superior in support and heel comfort.

Where it ends in middle of foot can cause sores.
So over all this has helped a LOT. the only complaint I would say is they stop really short in the middle portion of the foot. If you're on your feet a lot and moving around it can work up into a blister easily because of how it lays against the middle portion of the foot. I took off 2 stars for that because for something suppose to help my feet having it go from something to nothing quickly seems to be an off issue for the foot. It would be much better if it smoothed and made a more gradual decrease to the middle of the foot. Otherwise it can cause other issues if you aren't careful.

works great
i was pretty skeptical because i have had so much trounle finding a pair of inserts that didnt change the fit of my shoe, but these work great. they support my super high arches & my feet dont hurt so bad i want to cry anymore. they dont have so much lift that it makes your feet pop out of your shoe or make it so suddenly your laces feel super tight & you have to relace. none of that. just toss them in your shoe and go i dont know why some reviews are grumpy about the sticky part. just dont take the film off it. its not necessary to use the sticky part, the insole stays still
