I feel that these small softgels are doing wonders for my stomach. I LOVE that they are mini gels otherwise I would not have bought them, I just can't swallow medium or big pills anymore.

I am very glad I found this product which comes in the gel form. It is very easy to swallow, even though it is rather big it goes down easily. I like to take turmeric for the anti-inflammatory effects. Just a caution to people who are on blood thinners… Turmeric will also thin the blood a little bit so use with caution or ask your physician first before taking it. I do like the product and it keeps my inflammation and pain at bay. I am a retired registered nurse who practiced for 43 years. I am currently 69 years old and I find the product to be very useful.

I just started taking this product,but I do think it is helping with my inflammation and pain in my knees and lower back. I'll have to keep taking it to be sure .
