Added this cable to existing 8 pin din and it worked out great.

We ordered this to use as an extension cable for a lifting recliner. Our recliner has two remotes built in. One to control the lifting mechanism and the other for the massage functions. This particular unit was needed for the massage function extension. It worked perfectly and we can now route the cable a different way and I can attach the cable to the wall instead of the pockets of the chair where its harder for older people to reach. Great buy
