Has anyone actually used everything in the survival bag?

Not yet, but it looks like a very good emergency kit. The wound bandages, alcohol pads, cotton balls, and adhesive tapes are all needed in daily life, and the handy tools such as the axe, shovel, knife, and tent light are also useful for outdoor activities.

Is there still space in the bag to put some personal items?

It's full. There are many different types of bandages, so I took out some of them to make room for my own things.

All items look very high-quality, the knife is sharp and cool. I really like this survival kit, I keep it in my car for unexpected emergency.

Has anyone counted? Does the kit really come with 318 items?

I haven't counted, but the bag is really full and there are many types of accessories, and I think is enough for outdoor activities like camping.
