I purchase this for my work van as I spend a great deal of time in it. For the first week it was much better than not having it. Then I realized I was sitting on backwards. I will say my body is less fatigued nearing the ending of the days, which i was suprised how much of that was being behing the wheel. Im glad I had purchased this product and it not be another wasted expense. Hopefully it will hold up for atleast a year as I would think that will be well worth it if it does. I'll update when that time comes

Absolutely love it....with my office chair, the frame was poking my thighs which is very uncomfortable. But not anymore yay & the coolness is aaahh-mazing!!!

I had back and lower hip pain, so I got this cushion for both my car and work. It made a huge difference for car rides—I didn’t even need it inside for work. Best seat cushion ever! It’s a bit large and sits high, but it’s great if you have inflammation or pain.

I purchased this product as I have a long trip coming up and I need support on that long drive that I'm about to make. I was looking through Amazon to find one that was for a good price but also that had good reviews with a product that would deliver the support needed, and I came across this one and I like the reviews that it had which made me make the decision to buy it. I just received it today I was excited to open it but as soon as I opened it upon unzipping it from its case so that I can see the cushion it took me by surprise seeing that it looked as if it had already been used or if it had been damaged by something I don't know what to make of it but from what I've seen on the pictures of this product and on some pictures of reviews theirs don't look like that so I just don't know what to make of it. It's really disconcerting and makes me question if I received a used one when I paid for a new one or if it got damaged somewhere in the warehouse it just looks very questionable I don't know what to make it which is why I'm giving it three stars, there's also what look like tiny hairs like from a clipper which makes me think that if I did receive a used one somebody that was like a barber might have had it I don't know. I'm hoping to get an answer about it and then I will change my rating. Other than that it feels very plush I like the thickness of it, the cooling gel I like very much it feels very cool to the touch very comfortable as well to the touch which I'm guessing once sat upon will be very comfortable and supportive the only bad thing is just that used look that it has as you can see in the pictures. I'm hoping I can get a explanation because I was really excited and really wanted this one as it seemed like it was going to be the one to give that cooling support.

After a recent turbulent flight and having had major back operations, I found it difficult and painful to sit. I ordered this cushion to help out and it didn't disappoint. I was able to continue sitting during my trip without pain. It provides a sacral cutout for pain relief and it's gel foam allowed for comfort. A lifesaver in my book!!

I bought this, at my physical therapist's recommendation, to give me some relief from my pain related to sciatica and compressed disks in my lumbar spine. Upon the moment my butt touched the cushion, I thought it was nice. The pad is so thick, while my old cushion is so flat. A second later, my tailbone screams out. The little u-shape in back isn't wide enough to not touch my tailbone and the cushion is too dense to allow the give needed to not hit my hip.I should've known from the bad reviews, but trusted that my PT knew better. I was wrong and so was he. I'm returning it.

Best value for tailbone pain.I drive public transit for a living and some of the seats are a little worn out. Going over railroad tracks several times a day has taken it's toll and I was desperate for some relief. This was my second purchase to help get that relief and it was money well spent. It gives the support I need to keep my back and tailbone supported and free from pain. It's not the biggest cushion, but it works just fineI highly recommend this product because it has a carry handle and is easy to use where you need it. It may not be the biggest, but it's just fine for me5'8, 380 lbs.
