Boost Oxygen Supplemental Oxygen to Go | All-Natural Respiratory Support for Health, Wellness, Performance, Recovery and Altitude, 10 Liter Canister, Menthol-Eucalyptus, 3-Pack

I am still working on my first can of my first trio of cans of this oxygen supplement, so my review might be coming a little prematurely … I will edit it later if my opinion changes. So far, I am willing to give this product full marks. I very much like the subtle-but-refreshing hint of eucalyptus and peppermint that is included with the oxygen. (I experience the eucalyptus/peppermint fragrance on the exhale, not on the inhale.) I decided to count the puffs that I extract from each can, because some of the reviewers had complained that they thought that the cans were empty. I can testify that — so far, at least — my cans are definitely not empty. The fragrance, alone proves that fact; plus, if the can were empty, nothing would happen upon pressing the trigger. My first can has so far released 120 strong puffs for me. As to the question whether the can contains anything other than fragrance, I can only testify that I do, indeed, experience an immediate boost of attention and alertness after I take 5 puffs. (I have discovered that 5 quick trigger-presses release about the right amount for one deep inhalation. That is how I am measuring "puffs".) Also, I do experience extended endurance and stamina if I take the puffs before exercising. I cannot yet accurately state how long the "boost" lasts, but it definitely continues for more than a few minutes, and tapers off gradually. I bought this oxygen supplement for help with my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and I can now verify that it does help — although, of course, it is not a cure. Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone who needs help with energy, stamina, and attention. Update 11/23/22: Well, I have finished all three cans of this oxygen supplement, and I remain completely positive in my recommendation. I was getting so many "puffs" out of the first can that I had to revise my counting protocol. I switched to "lungfuls", where each lungful represented a single long inhalation during which I completely filled my lungs. Using that protocol, I got an average of about 100 lungfuls out of each can. I also bought some of the competing brand of canned oxygen (dunno if I am allowed to mention the brand name …) that only holds 9 liters and claims "150 breaths". I only got about 20 lungfuls out of each of that brand’s cans; plus, that brand does not have the built-in mask that fits around your nose and mouth, nor the delightful eucalyptus/peppermint scent of this Boost brand. In conclusion: I still highly recommend this Boost canned oxygen, especially compared to the competing brand.

Works good

I used this item (and still do) to get a refreshment of body energy during hot days in the sun or after heavy lifting. I have asthma and I pant and breathe so hard people can hear me gasping.. so I tried this and it took a while to figure out how to use it instead of wasting it.. The reason is when you put it at your mouth and squeeze the trigger.. it puts a refreshing burst of air into your mouth (but then you have to figure out how to then breathe it in rather than swallow and not breathe through your nose). I have tried both the regular and the Menthol-Eucalyptus flavors.. hands down I would only re order the Menthol - Eucalyptus Flavor from this point forward as it really gives you a refreshing energy that you know is working where as with the regular one ,you are not really sure its working except you are not as worn down or out as fast as without using it. Also the can is super light when you get them so you might think they are empty but they are not. The trigger also does not stop after a small amount is used as the instructions say (so if you hold the trigger down , it keeps installing more air into your mouth so only use small bursts and let go of the trigger). I bought both sizes and I would only buy the larger size going forward as it is cheaper per use plus its easier to handle. They come shrink wrapped for your sanitary protection and knowing it has not been used before you got it.

My elderly father was having trouble breathing, of course we couldn’t get prompt appointment so I ordered this product. Delivery was prompt and put me at ease. My Dad is 91 yrs. old and he tried it out after I asked pharmacy if it was okay. They said oxygen won’t harm him. My Dad has a weak heart this is why he had trouble breathing at night. *Update Dad breathing great. This product help me in an emergency, when could not get prompt doctors appointment. Highly recommend this product!
