Good product but the pillows are hard

Too bulky and lumpy.

Not bad but on the description is writte "medium firm" but for me is too hard and high, I used it for one night 3 days ago and i still filling neck pain.

Don’t often write reviews but I am so impressed by the quality of these pillows I hope to help others decide on their purchase. I have serious chronic degenerative disc disease in neck and spine and tried these after reading others recommendations and bought. They actually make a significant difference to pain and comfort levels in that pain is much reduced and comfort is increased. Not sure how the construction etc is doing that but I’m so glad I tried them. I thoroughly recommend and other than a bit of a strange smell upon opening up package(since dissipated) I see no negatives. Just seeing how long they will keep their shape. Have always gone for posture pedic type pillows before. These are firm but not hard and seem to mould into your neck and head. Great value for the money as I’ve paid more than double for just one one of these in the past and as they come as a pair it’s even better!😁 Happy days… or should I say bring on sleep filled nights😴 Quality product.

I waited 1 month for these pillows only to arrive as empty covers without any filling. Where is the ordered item?

I cuscini che ho ordinato sono i King Size e sono davvero grandi. Morbidi e pieni il giusto. Sono arrivati due cuscini diversi, uno più riempito e l'altro no credo per loro errore. Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha inviato gratuitamente dopo nemmeno una settimana un pacco con ulteriore riempimento da inserire a piacere per colmare il divario. Made in china ma ben fatti, sono validi.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! These pillows are amazing!! I've always slept on feather pillows as I like to mould them to my needs, so was a little sceptical about these. I was looking for something I could adjust, and liked the fact you can remove or add filling to fit your preferences. The filling is super soft and supportive, but doesn't go flat, but is soft enough to support your head and neck. I doesn't go hard, so you feel like pressure is building up in your head. You can also fluff them like feather pillows if you like. If you need more filling, just contact the company and they will oblige free of charge. Once registered you get a 5yr guarantee which is excellent for pillows. On the whole, I found these pillows to be premium quality, extremely comfortable, and the customer service exceptional. What's not to love! If you're looking for new pillows, and want comfort and an extremely reasonable price, these are most definitely for you!
