The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

I got this pad bcuz of my back problem I got after a car accident and it has been very helpful super light, I can adjust the heat level which makes it great is almost like the warm towel u get in the back when going to the chiropractor . It helps me a lot with my pain relief and the best of all I can put it around my neck and works super efficient. I mostly use it after shower at night and get to relax in bed it feels comfortable.

Husband has been using this every night and has noticed changes in knee and leg pain, reduced inflammation and large veins on legs are disappearing. Great quality and fits perfectly because it's adjustable. Different heat heat levels. Portable and can be plugged in so no worries about battery life. Highly recommend red light therapy!

It REALLY works on areas of pain. Try it. Doesn't work on everything, but we use ours all the time. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is connection cord isn't connecting anymore. To be fair it's a couple years old and we used it a lot!! We liked it so much we have bought several as gifts.
