I do not recommend!
I'm not an espresso snob. I buy nock-off nespresso from amazon and love it. The darkest roasts have turned out to be my favorite so i wanted a package with all intense pods. If that's also you, DON'T settle for this just because it's cheap (like i did). It is way overroasted and extremely bitter. In a bad way. I have NEVER tasted a coffee so bitter that it couldn't be covered up with all the creamer and flavors that I use. This can't. And if you like espresso straight? Oh man. Do not buy.

Unfortunate quality, possibly damaging pods for the machine
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This Nespresso compatible pods seem to clog while brewing, and it dispenses about 1/2 to 1/8 of the actual volume. In the video, you can see that I pressed a lungo button, but only about 30 mL (1 oz) is dispensed. This particular box is my 2nd box out of 12 boxes I ordered, but the first one was actually worse. 8 out of 10 pods in the first box caused the pressure build-up in the pump and caused the Nespresso unit to terminate the brewing. 2 resulted the similar output as this video.I suspect that the beans were either too coase or no well packed, causing the coffee to expand too fast and blocks the water flow. All 12 boxes (120 pods) have the same batch number, so my guess is that all pods I purchased would behave the same. They are not packed well, and most pods would cause a malfunction in the pump. My previous pod-based espresso machine broke due to pressure build-up, so I also suspect that this manufacturer's pods may cause a damage to your Nespresso machine as well.

Received a bad batch?
The first box of this I opened didn't function correctly in my Nespresso Inissia. I expect it's how the capsule is packed, but my machine tried to brew espresso for a couple of seconds before quitting with just a scant amount of espresso brewed. if I'm patient and I keep hitting the brew button I can get what should be a full brew out of one, but it's not worth it and I worry that it'll damage my machine. I'm stubborn and cheap though so I tried a whole box of these and they were all bad. First capsule in the next box (I bought a 6 pack of 10 capsules) brewed fine. As for the taste, it'd be great for the price if it actually worked, but so far I'm thinking the quality control is probably too poor to make it worth it. If I get through the whole case I'll update with what %age was good.

200 stale bitter pods with no return option.
These have been my go to pods for 6 months. Buying 200 at a time, and when I got in to this box ( my 3rd or 4th order of 200). , everything tasted just bitter with no coffee flavor at all. So I cleaned our machine really well, descaled... used a cleaning pod...and NOPE! It’s the pods. As if maybe they were not nitrogen filled or something- just totally stale and nasty. Amazon says the pods are not returnable even though it is less than 30 days since delivery....Seller “warranty info” just links back to the amazon page. So what is a guy to do??? Probably find a different pod brand and steer clear of the seller Conte Coffee. Unless they see this and try to make it right.

Cheap pods, weak flavor and not returnable....not a good combination and not what is advertised.
I have tried many "off brand" Nespresso Original pods. Most of them are good and some are really, really bad. This would fall in the category of the later and not the former. The pod pictured on the product page (attached in the red circle) is not the product that was delivered (picture also attached). The pods you will receive are hard plastic with foil covers on both ends that will leak in the Nespresso machine. If you enjoy coffee grounds in your espresso, you will love these. Once I get them open, they will be an excellent additive to the soil in my garden.Word of advice, if you are not buying the original Nespresso Pods, look for a comparable, one piece, aluminum pod. Peets has recently changed their product line to aluminum and L'OR Espresso Capsules are also less expensive and very good alternative.

Very good coffee (and company)
I've tried both the Nespresso compatible capsules and the K-cups for this brand of coffee. They're both flavorful, strong, and aromatic. I'm impressed with the Italian company and their quality control. And for this quality, it's a very good price point... giving the customer a true value for the money, IMHO.Each of these blends were adequately flavorful according to their description. As pure espresso is typically a bit bitter, adding a few grains of salt mediates that issue - but I usually use a teaspon of sugar and call it a "morning boon".

Best Nespresso-compatible value on Amazon
Please note - this 5 star review comes from someone who has NEVER had the Nespresso branded capsules. So it's a bit hard for me to judge the taste. I'm just too cheap to pay top dollar for these things, and not picky enough in espresso to worry. Tastes fine by my count, and the price is superb!I have not had a single problem with these, and I'm on my second order, so I've gone through close to 100 already wince I'm buying them in the 60 count. This review is for the Dolce Aroma variety, I've also purchased and enjoyed the decaffeinated offering Gran Caffe has. Every capsule brews properly and consistently, I've had no problems with my (knockoff brand) Nespresso puncturing them, and they seem to come out with a perfectly fine crema at the top. Again, I'm sure there's better espresso out there. Just not at the "push a button and use a 25 cent product" level. Highly recommended!

Excellent quality and value for the money - excellent alternative to authentic nespresso capsules
I think these are the best nespresso compatible capsules I have tried, but I've only tried one or two of the alternatives in the U.S. I'm from Europe, and almost every supermarket in every country has many different nespresso "compatible" capsules to choose from (and they are all much cheaper than here, sigh......). I really don't want to pay 0.70 for each authentic nespresso capsule, so I'm happy to stick with my new discovery from Gran Caffe Garibaldi. If I want an amazing cup of coffee, I'll freshly grind the beans myself and make a real espresso from scratch. But for all of the convenience of a great nespresso-made cup, these are perfect for me!
