Fun for all ages.
This is truly the best toy to have in the home for the kids to play with because it does not need batteries, and the kids will be able to unleash their creativity. We have three boys and they will often fight over the tiles, and then work together to build a bigger building or creation together. We have one son that has some developmental struggles, who plays with this toy every single day, and the best gift is watching him build something different every single day. I know that he is learning, challenging himself, having fun and building his fine motor skills at the same time. One of the greatest gifts is seeing my boys unleash their creativity by themselves or with their siblings. Of course one set it NEVER enough and so we keep purchasing every single year, including this holiday season again for the third year in a row. I have watched my boys start out by stacking these tiles in towers, to then move forward to build houses, cars, castle, and so much more!! This is a toy that is great for all ages, durable, low maintenance, does not need batteries and your children will never get bored with magnetic tiles. Even fun for adults!! Plus as a bonus it is a great toy for therapists to use with their clients.

Best toy we own.
Excellent product. I give them 5 stars because the product quality is totally worth the price. I think magnatiles are slightly better quality. We bought a 100 piece magnatiles for $119 and the 100 piece stick and stack was $69. The magnatiles are better but not $50 better. The stick and stack comes with two vehicles which the kiddos love. The magnatiles come with 4 super big squares that are equal to 4 regular squares. The stick and stack does not provide this super size square but had one rectangular piece that is the size of 2 squares, which magnatiles does not have. The magnets are slightly less strong than the stick and stack but only slightly. Both sets have rivets at the corners, I dont think Picasso tiles or playmags have rivets. I think this makes them more durable. Both sets are completely comparable. I would recommend the stick and stack. Buy these. We have 8 children and our 14 month old all the way up to 14 year old enjoy these. They take up way less space than wooden blocks and are easy to clean up. They are brain building and fun. We have 300 pieces it will probably add a couple more sets so everybody can build to hearts content. I also recommend keva planks for building fun. Both are well worth the money and space if you have a small house like us.

Great toy!
We have a few different sets of the Shapemags/Magnetic Stick and Stack tiles. They are all for my grandsons and their dad. They love them and we do too. I feel like we should have some at our house. I think for adults they can be sort of a mindless stress reducing activity. One always feels successful, because they stick together so well. Our first set of magnetic tiles was Picasso, which we love. Because they were a hit, we wanted to try another brand to compare and see if we might settle on "our favorite." We added these, providing some variety and they were compatible, meaning the magnets match up from tile to tile. Time will tell if both brands hold up equally. So far, so good. We don't have a favorite yet. We are happy with both and enjoy both. An added note: Our nephew and his wife have new twin boys. Though too young at this point, I have bought ahead and have boxes of Shapemags/Magnetic Stick and Stack to give as gifts when they are older. I told my nephew and his wife that these are the greatest toys, that they weren't around when our children were young, and that children play with them for a long time. They said they had to know what this was. We told them and explained how they work they look forward to their boys playing with them when they are older.

Gift of the Year
I purchased these as Christmas gifts for my three year old daughter and again for my four year old nephew. They are by far, the gift of the year. Both play with them every single day. It is wonderful to see them playing, using their imagination and not caring about tv or iPads. With kids, most toys lose their attraction shortly after purchasing but these are standing the test of time. It has been three months and they are still being played with daily. I recommend buying the largest set within your budget! This toy attracts kids of all ages. Our 13 year old sits down multiple times a week and plays with our daughter and he hasn't had a friend walk into the house that hasn't had to try their hand with these tiles. They are very strong and of good quality. There are many brands out there, these rank with the best and cost less than many of the others. We prefer the brands that have two magnets on each side of the tile, which these do. It makes their structures sturdier. Both kids kee asking for more and more tiles so they can build taller towers!

Bought for my 3 year old as a Christmas gift. $120 is more than I usually spend on a Christmas gift but it was well worth the money. The quality is awesome and my little guy can use them with ease. There was very little of a learning curve. Very excited to use them for years to come!
