This foot roller has made a huge difference for my plantar fasciitis. I previously tried a much more expensive vibrating roller, but it was noisy and inconvenient to use. This one is simple, quiet, and incredibly effective. I use it regularly, and it has really helped reduce my foot pain. Sometimes the simplest tools work the best. Highly recommend.

I'll never use a tennis ball again. This is the nicest roller I've ever used for plantar fasciitis. I used the golf ball (horrible) then the tennis ball (nicer than the golf ball) but this roller wins hands down. When you're suffering from a flare up it's no fun but this stays in place unlike a ball that tends to easily roll away from you as you're cussing from the pain and now having to try and retrieve your ball. You can relax in your chair and apply light pressure then work up to eye crossing pressure, as hard as you can stand. The rubber nodules are a nice touch, they're great for breaking up the scar tissue and loosening up that pesky tendon that causes you so much pain, limping and sometimes need for a cane. I'll use it as needed throughout the day depending upon what I'm doing. Sometimes I'll go a week without using it. Then I have to do yard work or walk at a park then I'm looking forward to coming home and crossing my eyes using this little roller. It hurts when you really dig in but that's what my doctor said that tendon needs and he's right, it always helps. I can always stand and walk better after using this little thing.

This was the perfect size for massaging your feet. The quality and build are grwat as well. It also offered the much needed pain relief that I was looking for. No noise involved and no battery needed all you do is sit it on the floor/ground put your foot on top and roll the pain away.

Been using this almost everyday for somw time now in a routine i am building to alleviate my faciitis problem. And i use on the the foot that doesn't give horrendous heel pain as well. The last few days i noticed my feet were not hurting as much. And I been standing up and moving around a bit better first thing in the morning. Evn when I walked around the home improvement store this morning my feet weren't hurting as quickly as the y normally had. I starting to believe its helping.
