Great POE Switch
One of the few items sold by Cisco that is reasonably priced and works great. These are easy to setup and program. The GUI is decent although command line is much faster. POE is great on this and, if you need all ports powered, the M Model works perfectly. Traffic handling is good and works great with VLAN's on Sonicwall and Cyberoam Firewalls.

Excellent switch. Good Performance.
Be careful from whom you buy this equipment and be careful which model you buy. We bought 2 of these switches. One switch not from a Cisco authorized distributor and was not provided Cisco warranty or Cisco technical support. Also be sure that you get a unit for your part of the world. One unit we purchased turned out to be model number SG300-52P-K9-UK. The correct item for North America is SG300-52P-K9-NA. NA = North America.

good POE Gigabit Layer 3 Switches

Got a bad one!
Lasted 2 years and quit working.

Switch worked well for some time, but customer support is quite bad.
Two star for a mix between equipment quality and seller quality. Seller quality drastically affected this mix. I will update review if anything changes, but our company purchased this Cisco switch and have had it for just under a year. It is not functioning now. Contacted Cisco directly and they said if it was on Amazon, we would need to contact the seller. We then emailed the seller receiving a response saying we needed to contact Cisco, but they would look into it. That was on May 18, 2020. It has been 10 days and we are having to email them again as they have not connected with us again. We purchased it on June 15, 2019 and we are concerned as our office network is still running on rerouted minimal workstations and we are now forced to buy another one. Of course, it will be from another seller since we do not have an abundance of time to waste. This lack of communication on an important piece of equipment is unprofessional at best.

Quality Cisco stuff, but received european AC cords
The switches are great. For some odd reason the power cords included in the box were for European outlets. Fortunately the AC plug in the rear of the switch was standard so I just plugged in a couple standard cords. One star subtracted for not knowing the market you are selling to.

Switch works like a CHAMP!!! Unexpected surprise was they shipped it over night which was a HUGE PLUS!! Cisco 52-Port Gigabit Managed Switch (SG300-52P-K9)
