Fun read, has pretty much the entirety of the Salamander from 40k stories.

The omnibus itself is a great "value for money" pick. The first two novels are fairly good. The third one that concludes the trilogy is disappointing from my point of view. The additional short stories are a nice bonus. I would advise to read them between the second and third novel.

Anti heros of space. Still gotta cheer for the bad guy. Blood guts but not much glory for the Midnight Clad.

Love that they printed an Omnibus of these, seeing as original copies are going to $200+. It's a little hefty and the print is kinda small, since I believe they fit 4 Massmarket Paper Backs in it, but besides that, it's a great book about my favorite chapter of marines.on the 40k universe.

My 1st Warhammer 40K book. The price was good but it was badly written. I later found out Nick Kyme is not well thought of as an author in the Warhammer 40K community. I am giving it 3 stars because I got 3 books and a few short stories for $25.
