I want to say if you are an artist that loves to create and make things look spectacular and beautiful all rolled into one then these chess set molds are for you if you know anyone that loves to play chest these are a wonderful thing for you to create and make multiple colors texture shapes it's actually endless what you can do with these chess pieces molds they really make a fantastic chess set after you're through hope you enjoy it just as much as my children enjoy making their Christmas gifts this year for our family

I bought this set once before. The molds are fantastic! They were easy to release and easy to put back into shape. The board is a little thinner than I'd like, but if done right and I take my time, I'm able to do layers. I'm happy with my purchase.

It's as advertised and even came with checkers pieces mold

I have purchased this mold twice now. The first time my yellow stuck to the mold and it was destroyed. The second time it came out perfectly. At $20 a piece and the common description of stuck resin, the value for the product is not there if it’s only good for one time. Even on the second one some of the sides caught but small enough pieces I can sand down in future boards. Chess pieces are great just make sure to give a good massage to each piece to get out any air bubbles. Ordered two more on expectations of my current one ripping again. Wish there was something studier but have yet to find something. Some pieces are crooked as well but have been able to sand down base with no problem to even them out.

The quality and detail of these models are superb, the fact you can make a complete set in one pour is very convenient. Only issue that we have had is the pawn models are super tight and we have pop the head off a pawn or two demolding the piece but was very easy to glue back on and you can't even tell it happened. Wish all the molds we had where of this quality

I purchased the 16 piece set. The pieces are matte. They are not shiny like the board. Which I figured because before I poured them, I noticed the inside of the mode are not shiny. Also, on the set that I bought, it is hard to get the pieces out of the mold often times they break. that part is probably a trial error. I will try that again. Overall, ok set but they are not shiny like I wanted them to be so if that’s what you want you too maybe try a different supplier. Maybe the other options have shiny pieces but I don’t know. I can’t see anything of that verbiage in the description.

Love it, made like 10 sets so addictive..

I used this checkers board mold 1 time to make a board for work (I work in the ER) so my pts could have something to do while they wait. Plus the board can be clean between uses. The checkers pieces mold worked great. I de-molded the board & it tore open plus left silicone pieces on the board that I more have to attempt to fix. Before anyone says anything I used a small heat gun to get rid of the bubbles, but I did not get the heat gun close to the mold ONLY close enough to pop the bubbles then didn’t use it again. To much money for a one hit wonder.
