These are so sturdy, I actually buried one in an outdoor planter, level with the soil and filled with beer to trap pill bugs. It lasted several months! Sure it got soggy and nasty looking in its open dirt grave, but it still held liquid without leaking!Obviously that's not what they're designed for, but I mentioned that just to show how tough they are. We lived off of these for months during a kitchen renovation. They are a good size, enough for cereal and most food servings. Yet they are compostable.

I started regularly eating a lot of salads, putting more plants and fiber and anti-oxidants, etc into my diet. I feel better on this lighter diet.The problem with that, at least if I eat healthy fresh salads is time it take to do the prep and the cleanup.I buy prepared salads and then add other produce, and these bowls allow me to hold a very large salad that with dressings, seeds, cheese, dressing and the juice from vegetables get messy and take time to clean. No spillage, no breakage.When I use these bowls they cut the cleanup down to almost nothing, and on occasion I can even re-use them.They are great, and do not have plastic in them, and seems to be made from agricultural waste fodder.So, for adding some convenience to my life and saving time I give these a 5/5 rating.

Perfect for parties and holidays where a large spread of food is out. Very sturdy and loved the size of the product.

I bought theses for my son's bday baked potatoes bar. This were perfect. We were able to split those potatoes and stuff them and eat them in comfort. Perfect size perfect stability for holding everything with trying to hold a plate.

Worked great. Bigger than we thought they’d be, but that’s on us for not reading dimensions. Good product though.

Wow these are large bowls. I am very pleased. I brought these along to serve soup and ramen on a camping trip. They fit a large amount of noodles and soup with plenty of room and without spilling over. The bowls are sturdy i didnt feel that i need to double them up for support but you can if needed.
