It works fine, after all…
The printer looked good and arrived on time. I’ve had multiple HP printers and have learned the hard way how to get past most issues. This printer had ink smeared over the black cartridge sensors. After cleaning, I installed the new “setup” cartridges that came with it but kept getting errors. I contacted Asurion first since I bought a protection plan. After some troubleshooting they said to return the printer to Amazon. I then contacted HP and even though they could not get it to work, they assured me the issue would disappear once I installed a new set of cartridges.Indeed, the issue disappeared with the new cartridges and the printer works fine.

Worst product ever
The most frustrating experience of my life. I would gift this to my worst enemy

Very not great
The cost of ink cartridge compared to the very small amount you can print off it is really not worth it. I’ve owned this printer twice over the last 5 years because I smashed the first one in anger. My wife made me buy the same one back and I have regretted it ever since. I will never buy another HP printer again, and I cannot wait to find a good brand that I can actually trust not to gouge my bank account for little reward.
