Very Attractive Price for SOHO/SMB and Quality Build.
Bought the rack enclosure to properly organize my home network. I have always wanted to have a proper rack for the home network and this hits the spot between quality and a solid price for a home network setup although to my surprise this is also a very effective rack for a SOHO or Small/Medium Business. I mean it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of an APC rack but, again, for a SOHO or SMB this would easily work if your budget is of concern. I give it 5 stars because it is excellent quality, easy to build and mount equipment, has casters for mobility but can also be easily mounted as well, measurements are spot on and a very attractive enclosure that looks great. It is not thick or deep like some larger rack enclosures so will easily fit within its measurements.

Assembly take time, patience and more than 2 hands
I bought this enclosure to organize my home network, Home Automation device controllers and security camera hubs. I give it 5 stars because it is excellent quality and a very attractive enclosure that looks great in my office. The enclosure itself was fairly easy to assemble. The vertical rails are easy to attach if you lay the enclosure on its side. The door requires more than 2 hands to attach to the enclosure. The Sysracks shipping department spared no expense and spared no effort to ensure the product arrives and your location in excellent condition. It took more than an hour to unpack and move all the shipping material out of the assembly area. Nothing was scratched or dented. All that being said, the difficulty comes from the figuring out how to make your devices (rack mount switch and rack mount UPS specifically in my case) fit in the enclosure. I am very happy w my 27U Sysracks enclosure. I would buy it again.

Reasonable quality rack.
I'm familiar with quality racks from established brands typically seen in data centers. We needed a basic 18U rack for in-office use - to hold a few servers, a router and a few network switches. We took a chance on this rack due to the low cost. We reasonably happy with what we got and it works well for our use. They boxed the assembled rack quite well. Upon opening the box we found no damaged parts & the glass front door was just fine. Assembly took two mechanically experienced people about 1.5 hours. The quality of the instructions was mixed: the illustrations were good but it did not indicate what type of bolt goes where. This was odd because all the nuts and bolts come packed in a nice plastic organizer case and the clear top of the case has numbers labeled for each group of nuts & bolts. But since the actual number of different types of fasteners was small it was pretty easy to deduce what goes where. Once assembled, the rack is reasonably sturdy & weighs maybe 90lbs empty. The rollers work well. Our only serious complaint is the cylinder locks for the side panels were not present in the shipment. The product pictures clearly shows the locks.

Good unit, well built, a little heavier than the lightest unit in that size range
Assembly is required. The 12U Unit that I bought was a little heavy, but it does have a fan and power strip included

Very sturdy cabine for my homelab or IT needs
At the moment, I'm redoing my home lab and I was looking for a cabinet to use. I found Sysrack by luck from a random Google search. I put it together this weekend and I couldn't be happier. At my company, I'm the Head of Infrastructure, and I'm very familiar with data cabinets. This will be a great addition to my test environment at home. It's self-enclosed, and it came with a few other things that I thought were a good addition. They give you two sturdy shelves. Im using one for my Synology NAS and the other one for mini PC and Raspberry Pi clusters. They also give you a PDU which I thought was fantastic. When I have my equipment in it, I will take some pics just to show everyone here how nice it is. Also to put it together its not rocket science, and not overly complicated. If you have any questions please let me know.

Several issues
The instructions we received are for a smaller model. The cabinet locking mechanisms we received are not the correct ones for the model and are non-functional. You also have to lift up on the door to close it because the tolerances and fit are terrible. A terrible experience all around really. I will say it was packaged well and looks nice despite all the functional issues.

Absolutely perfect for homelabs!
As someone that works in a manufacturing/engineering division I have worked with my fair share of racks. I have to admit I was hesitant to buy one knowing how big and heavy they are and not wanting to be "stuck" with one in the house. Enter this bad boy! I know some people may complain about the "cheaper" feel to it but I have to say that's what drew me to it! It isn't some multi hundred pound eyesore like a standard rack would be. I can easily maneuver it around my basement without breaking a sweat. It feels absolutely perfect for storing all my networking equipment and I have 0 worry about anything failing. The biggest thing for me? Clearly the manufacturer learned about shipping issues because even though fedex (which is HORRIBLE by me) leaned it against my garage so when I opened it to leave that afternoon it started falling (!!!) the packaging was top notch with plenty of padding and foam that everything arrived in tip top shape! If you want a well designed rack for home use that isn't an eyesore, look no further!

As a growing home lab enthusiast, I found myself running out of space and a lack of organization on my desk. A full-size floor rack was out of the question, so I decided to go with a wall-mount solution. After some research, I settled on this 9U wall mount network rack, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It has completely transformed my complete mess in the utility room, by tidying up my equipment and organizing everything in a nice rack. The build quality of this rack is exceptional. It's made of a heavy-gauge steel that feels incredibly solid and secure. The powder-coated finish is flawless and gives it a clean, professional look. I was initially a bit concerned about mounting something this heavy to the wall, especially with the weight of a switch, router, patch panel, and other gear, but the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly with standard 16-inch wall studs. The included hardware was robust, and after a few hours of careful installation, the rack felt completely immovable. It's clear this product was designed with both stability and ease of installation in mind. What truly makes this rack a winner is its thoughtful design. The removable side panels are a huge plus for easy access to all my components. I can easily get behind the equipment to manage cables, and it's simple to swap out gear as my needs evolve. The 9U capacity provides ample room for my current setup with plenty of space to grow. It has helped me to get my cables neatly routed and tied down, which has made a massive difference in troubleshooting and general tidiness. If you're looking to get your networking and server gear off the desk and create a clean, organized, and secure space, this 9U wall mount rack is an excellent investment.

The cabinet arrived in a single package with extra padding on the outside. I've seen earlier reviews that complained about parts getting banged up in transit but that looks to no longer be an issue. I really appreciated the plastic segmented box containing all the screws and bits and bobs. They were clearly labelled and made finding the right part based on the order of assembly a real breeze. Wish more companies would do this, and whoever thought of this easily pushed this to a five star review. Now some of those caveats for assembly: The manual looks to be out of date. I suspect they used to ship with a smaller shelf because the rail settings they recommend were too close together. Measure twice instead of trusting the instructions and make sure the rails are accessible from the side or you'll end up having to reseat everything multiple times like me. The instructions are so-so. There aren't that many parts to put together but there are lots of inconsistencies in the instructions. Even the linked Youtube video from the manual QR code materializes extra screws or rotates brackets between different scenes in the animation. I've recently used an app called BILT to assemble some other appliances and I think this would be a great fit for Sysracks. The seven year old Youtube video is a bit out of date and annoyingly is still monetized so I had to sit through an ad every time I pulled it up for a rewatch. I was also initially annoyed that the holes on the major components didn't quite line up. After contacting the seller they advised me to enlarge the hole. For anyone else experiencing the same, use a 7/32 drill bit. It took me less than two minutes to install the final three M6 screws. Despite the less than stellar instructions it's a solid rack with a solid team behind it. Finally, I want to commend the team at Sysracks for responding to my questions promptly. I pointed out their listing had two shelves and I only received one. I suspect this was just an edit that they missed, but they immediately offered to ship an additional shelf, which speaks to their integrity.

I was on the fence for about a month, finally went for the 22U. I can tell that they’ve definitely made improvements due to some of the reviews I’ve seen: -Shipping packaging was great, foam wrapped on the the corners -Includes good assembly instructions, in color and descriptive. I’ve never built or used a server rack, and it was easy to put together. Plan on having someone help you put together the first couple connections. -Included an extra bag of rack screws As mentioned I’ve never had or used a server rack, and I’m not currently using for a server, but it does house my power, network, computers, and some other electronics for my home office business. It’s great for that, and the fan on top really puts out, although it's unfortunate that it's plug in only, not a switch or anything. The castors on the bottom are heavy and seem good quality. Cooling might be an issue if you aren't planning to keep the front open, but a small usb fan in the back helped to circulate air helped a lot. There are other options with the temperature controlled option with 4 fans on the top, I would opt for that if cooling is a concern. I’d highly recommend these server racks to anyone.

Cabinet is good quality and comes with a labelled pack of hardware... except there are no instructions on how the hardware is to be used.
