One of the best probiotics for me!

It is pretty easy to swallow. It is not a clear capsule containing the active ingredient. Not small but not a horse pill either. Pic attached for your convenience. The price is a bit high compared to others... However, family member uses it prefers this to higher CFU products

I am not sure yet if it's effective. But I haven't noticed any negative side effects so far. I will continue using it for a few more months and see how it works.

I subscribe to this for my mother every month, and she really likes it. She goes to the bathroom every morning and has a comfortable time on the toilet. It definitely supports gut health, especially with all the probiotics. You might think it’s pricey, but for your health and the quality of your time in the bathroom, it’s worth the investment 👍

I have been taking this probiotic for over two months, but I have not noticed any significant changes in my weight or bowel habits. Results may vary from person to person.

I use this strain when making gasseri cultured milk (easier to refer to as yogurt) as promoted by Dr. Wm. Davis as part of a program to treat SIBO. The first try in oat milk I made myself came out okay. My second try was a double batch in the oven at 100 degrees for 36 hours. I used 2 tablespoons of the first batch in each bowl as a starter. Apparently, I didn't mix it very well as one bowl had little patches of light pink liquid floating on top. Very Important--No fuzz, no off odor, taste okay. The other bowl had a few little lumps. After searching if this could be a contamination concern, I concluded it was not and just blended it all together. No one got ill or suffered any reaction. Will be more diligent with mixing the next time.
