Great cutting knife . Can cleaver thru anything

I wanted a heavy Clever to chop frozen chicken bones. It got what i asked for. This isn't a finesse knife, it’s a beast. I also use it for cheese slicing of large blocks of cheese. You guide it to cut perfect slices.

Of course the knife is amazing!! My only complaint is the weight of it. It's very heavy! But it'll chop anything with minimal effort. Love this knife series! Does not dissapointed.
