I ordered this 4-pack of Quick Clean Pod Replacement Cartridges with my new Norelco razor because of the much lower price than Phillips genuine cartridges. I wasn't sure if they would be fully compatible with the razor, but upon inspection after receiving them they look the same as the genuine Phillips product. I haven't used them yet, but they seem to be good quality, and I would probably buy them again.

Purchased these cleaning pods for my electric razor because it seemed like a great deal compared to the manufacturers ones. I don’t shave very often, but in August I needed to shave and I changed out my old cleaning pod which had just reached its end of life stage, washed out the container and put in the first of the 4 pods I had purchased. I have used it twice to clean my razor since that time. Tonight when I went to shave, I noticed a strong, fowl odor from my razor. When I checked the cleaning pod I noticed the liquid had turned from blue to an olive Drab Green and had a pungent smell. In addition I found what appeared to be maggots in the container as well. The pod was in the cleaning container in my bathroom, and this is the first time I have ever encountered this. This was also the first time using this brand of razor cleaner. I cannot understand how a “Cleaning” solution can become so fowl and disgusting over a period of a few weeks. I have never experienced this problem with the manufacturers cleaning pods, even having them in there for months at a time.

Works well and seems similar if not the same as the name brand clean pod.

I purchased these because; #1: I needed them #2: Made in the USA baby!!! (Hey Bezos, sell more made in USA stuff!). But I’ll tell you what, and this may be an isolated observation, after using the first cartridge for a month or so…it stinks! The fluid smells bad. I added some 91 octane isopropyl. Dunno if that’ll make it smell better or not yet but, dang, only 3 stars because of.
