I Have a Hunch You'll Like This Crunch--Why Munch Any Less When You Eat Your Lunch?
All right, class--listen up. Tonight's homework is a tough one, but someone has to do it... Go home, go directly home... Well, do pass "GO"--go to Amazon, that is... And DO collect $200 worth of parmesan crumbles. Now, finish making your trek back to wherever you live, and make a casserole. I don't care whether it has a pasta, rice, or potato base. I don't care whether you incorporate cream, mushroom soup, meats, refried beans, divers kinds of vegetables, or cheeses--though I am slightly biased in the cheese department, myself, so you may earn extra credit from me if you go that route. All I want you to do is make a casserole. Alternatively, you can make stuffed peppers, "hobo" foil-dinner packages, kielbasa with rice, or EVEN meatloaf--though, admittedly, I don't like meatloaf, so you'll probably receive a C from Chef Cheesalot if you try that. NOW, open your first bag of parmesan crumbles. Eat one. Eat another. Eat a third. Realize that you can't stop. Savor every crunch, every chewy moment as the cheese dissolves, every low-carb moment--because you may or may not NEED to eat low-carb, but if you don't, that's all the less guilt you can have with your pastatato casserole. Slow down your munching, for you'll need some room and a food processor. First, gather together some STUFF--our famous crumbles, of course, and anything else you think might make a nice crust. I like bread, which you'll grind into crumbs in a moment; tortilla strips; mozzarella cheese; basil; potato sticks--anything you think might cook and crunch nicely if you made a crust with it. Now, grind your fixings in a food processor until they're the consistency of dried oats. That casserole you put in the oven before you went on your parmesan-crumble-eating spree--take it out, top it thickly with your crust concoction, and put it back in the oven to bake for fifteen minutes or so. Try not to grow weak-kneed with hunger while you wait, but if you do, pull up a chair so you can watch through your oven's glass door all those crumbles baking crisp and golden-brown... Oh, am I making you hungrier? So sorry! But your casserole is done now anyway--hear that timer? You set it not to ding or beep, but to play that classic kids' song that begins, "On top of spaghetti, all covered with CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE..." And, in case your efforts weren't enough, it's time to get your hands involved. Have a loved-one get whatever olives, salt, cayenne, or parsley you typically garnish a casserole with. Meanwhile, take a modest handful of parmesan crumbles, crumble them manually until the consistency is personally pleasing to YOU, and dance them atop your now cheese-dazzled dish. Now you don't know what to do with yourself, because that meal of yours is so intensely delicious. The parmesan crumbles were a huge help, don't you know? I'll leave you to it. I'm off to make my own casserole--if not in body, then at least in heart. And by the way, you've earned an A+ on this assignment. Class dismissed. Can you tell that I'm very, VERY fond of these crumbles? Over-the-top, even? But I'd better not say top, because now I'm thinking of casserole-toppers again... But what are you still doing reading my review? Go place your Amazon order and make that casserole!

Delicious Keto-Friendly Snack!
I absolutely love these. They are hard to find in my local grocery stores, so I order them 2-3 at a time from Amazon. 100% cheese, but it's sort of like eating a chip or a cracker because of the nice crunch. Great vessel for guac OR more cheese. One reco, if you have them delivered in summer and they sit in the sun all day, they don't taste quite as good. It's almost as if they melt a little, but they don't melt together or anything.

Good, but pricey
A tasty treat, but next time will wait for them to go on sale at the grocery store....

OMG are these GOOD!
My bf got these in every flavor to put in my Christmas stocking since I do Keto (yes, even on holidays), but the bags were too big for my giant stocking which is a good thing I suppose. Comparing them to a similar brand that one can purchase at a super large big box store that starts with an "S" they are oh Ten times better and much less salty. Also the price is not hugely different. Flavor is awesome. I like a medium amount of salt on my food (for example, I don't salt pizza or soup but I do salt eggs and meat). These are kinda salty. I wouldn't get them if you prefer lightly salted food. But great overall to me! I bought some more! As some have said, they are a little crumbly when you get to the bottom of the bag, but what chips aren't? I received nothing for writing this review. Thus if it helped you at all, please do leave me a helpful vote, thanks so much!
