Nice and thick, good support for my low mechanical back pain
Lovely thick exercise mat. I got this one as it's thicker than regular ones. I suffer from low mechanical back pain and need to regularly exercise to stop it from flaring up again. I always found lying on the floor on thinner mats painful and not supportive enough. This mat is perfect. It has a memory foam like feel to it, it's comfortable on the lower back when lifting legs in the air. Comes with a carry strap. Takes a little while for the end to uncurl from transit. but was fine after a couple of days. It doesn't slip on my wooden floors. Delivery was quick (next day with prime). The box it came in was huge though, with plenty of packing paper. A little unnecessary but my kids had fun turning the box into a pirate ship! :-)

Memory foam that improves your exercise performance.
The most comfortable and soft exercise mat I have ever had. It is worth every penny. I have got the pink one and I am very happy with it. I use it for yoga, pilates and meditation: 3 in 1! What else do you want? It is 'Made from A grade NBR foam - studio quality Sound insulating and vibration resistant' and that makes it different from other highly rated mats available on Amazon. It feels like you are on a large memory pillow! Really! I have recently purchased a different brand one on Amazon that had good ratings, I returned it next day! Poor quality and far far far from being as good as this one. PhysioWorld costs extra few pounds but it is worth it! I will be buying another one soon for my partner :) (look at the photos)

How much packaging!!!!!
The mat itself is great, used it once and perfect for yoga/Pilates (beginner). Good size, thickness and comfortable on the knees. However, when it was delivered I thought it was a mistake and that I had been sent a mat and the instructor by the size of the box. The mat rolled was 61cms x 15 cms diameter, the box was 62cms x 52cms x 30cms and the massive expanse of space was packed out with an entire bin liner full of brown paper - my recycle bin is emptied once a fortnight not twice weekly :(

Best yoga mat you can find (and I've been in 3 countries!)
You should definitely buy this - it doesn't slip, is just the right size, and good thickness too. Would highly recommend. Also comes with a useful strap to carry the mat around with. UPDATE: I have just ordered this for the second time (had to get rid of old one when I moved countries!) and this is still the best yoga mat I've ever had. It's comfortable, light-weight, very thick and it's such a good price. I got a blue one last time and a pink one this time and they're both great colours. Don't look at any other yoga mats - this one is the best!

Fantastic product - high quality
This exercise mat is exactly what is says on the tin, so to speak. A light, durable, portable, high quality piece of equipment. The 1cm thickness is extremely comfortable to use, as I have used the mat for both casual training (sit ups, push ups, crunches, ect) and yoga exercises. The mat also comes with a strap in order to add portability. Prominent ridges on the underside of the mat allow for a very non-slippery surface, usually unseen or largely reduced on lower quality mats. Overall, for the price of this mat it is definitely worth investing in, as opposed to trying to save a few pennies getting a low quality one that will undoubtedly last for no practical length of time.

Stretchy, foamy rather than strong and durable
I’ve bulk ordered to teach a class in February and we’re amazing, upon subsequent orders (two separate orders) the quality is poorer and they “give” and stretch during floor work, like plank, down dog etc. my clients cannot do walking mountain climbers on these without the resistance becoming a problem. They ARE super comfortable but not able to use these as desired. I’ve contacted seller for replacement originals as these are good quality and there’s a noticeable color and finish difference. I’ll update upon information from seller.

Such a good exercise mat!
Excellent quality. Lasts a long time. Perfect for any exercise, I even do yoga on it. Rolls up nicely and comes with bag.

Better for yoga/pilates than circuits or high energy exercise
Hmmmm.... I don't know how I feel about this mat. I bought the 10mm one and it is very, very thick and comfortable, that's certain. I use it for home circuit sessions with exercises ranging from burpees to press ups, sit ups, star jumps, jumping jacks, lunges etc - so quite vigourous. I get that it's intended for yoga/pilates but I had hoped it would be a bit more robust, especially as it was among the "quality" end of the market. For what I use it for it does slide and move around. I have to roll it up the other way (so the underneath is on the outside) to prevent it curling upwards when I lay it out to use it. I reckon I'd be happier if it was about 6cm wider (but I was well aware of the measurements -to be fair). And I've only had it around 10 days and already it's showing some signs of wear (I do a daily 100 burpees challenge as well as my circuits). Am I happy with it, yes. Is it fit for purpose, yes. Why am I giving it only 4 stars? Well because the old one I had lasted about 10 years and my wife's old one lasted about the same time and those took the same sort of hammering. And were cheaper, albeit a decade ago. So I think this is ok, I guess...
