...in short: do not buy it!
The item is very poor in design and every single detail. To begin with is too wide so it is extremely hard to mount even an adult bike even when you keep the red clamps on the inside. The clamps tightening screws are covered by the bike's frame making it impossible to tighten them when the bike is on (and you cannot do it before because without moving them when putting the bike on it is impossible to fit it inside. The whole stability is so bad that I did not even dare to leave the parking (every little imperfection on the pavement causes a big shake) even when the strings are tightened to the max. I have been trying every possible combination for 90 minutes and I can honestly say there is no way you can safely put 3 bikes on... space wise you might fit them by alternating the bikes sides and mounting one of them upside down but do not even dare driving with that on a main road left aside on a highway. So you could hope an adult bike and a mid size bike is fine but you'll never fit the mid size because of the poles distance. Perhaps if you have 3 ultralight racing bikes with a very large frame you could risk it but unless you wish to drive at 20 Km/h on a perfectly flat road with no bends and being very careful with accelerating (not so much braking as that is supposedly safe) you could risk it but at what cost? You are simply endangering the other drivers around you and you risk your bikes. Definitely a no go from my side although I have really tried very hard to make it work at the best I could and the second day I have tried again to go around my parking drove over 2 speed humps at near 0 speed and one of the straps hooks detached although it was perfectly tight and the whole frame as stable as possible. DO NOT RISK IT ON A REAL ROAD, get something better and try to drive with peace of mind. I can pretty much guarantee if you make it to your destination is largely by luck unless perhaps as I said you have only 2 extra light bikes (6 to 8 kg max).

ok if you know how to use it
if you are used to having old bike carrier before this is ok, but if this is your first time to use it, this is bad for you, The Belt lock are loose, you have to tie them up because it does not hold tight. it does not have the pin lock to keep them tight. Take note also the red thing that holds the bike is hard plastic. not rubber. It does the work but if you have an expensive cycles, you will have to put a rubber on it to avoid scratches on your bike.
