Broke the return line on the reservoir of my previous pump just trying to move it out the way to replace water pump, ordered another one that never arrived. Then I ordered this one, got here on time and in perfect condition. Went right in and works like a charm!

Steering pump works great no noise at all not even a slight whine awesome 2008 honda crv 2.4L

Bought this item and it leaked from the initial installation. My mechanic ruled out and I replaced all the hoses, sensor not to include the mechanic Labor charges. Being that this power steering pump was new we never actually thought that the part would be defective. I am out of 637.00 in parts and labor which Amazon finally agreed to replace only the cost of the pump ordered from then, 64.00 out of 637.00 dollars PERIOD! So when I initially called Amazon they only wanted to refund half the cost of the part and suggested that I call the manufacturer. I did just and repeatedly got a voicemail that hung up after a few short words, so I emailed them the manufacturer and was told to show proof of my purchase of parts and I did show them pictures of the parts but asked them to if they were requesting the parts receipt in which I have plus the itemized Bill from both mechanics that put the parts, pump and hoses and gaskets on my car only to find out that my car still leaked and that the power steering pump was still leaking and causing me to seek help from Amazon customer service who keeps referring my to the manufacturer who has no interest in helping me get a resolution for this problem. After I provided the requested items they have not attempted to contact me back via email, which is the only option to contact them, yet they are not making any effort towards moving forward with this poorly handled issue. So save yourself the trouble of frustration and anger due to the reality that if you do order this pump and it’s bad you’ll just be left to your own device by first Amazon who sells the product but do not think they should be liable to refund you after the defective product is past their window, in which my case I was to busy trying to rule out and resolve this problem by replacing everything except the pump because the manufacturer and Amazon do not or test the product it sell to ensure that these defective products do not reach their target customers, who will end up paying for more than just a single product as it should have been. So here I sit in limbo/ in suspense waiting on the manufacturer to give me some advice, Responding Time, attention to to reach out to end this situation in a timely and respectful business manner.. I m very disappointed and my opinion of Amazon has changed because they dropped the ball on my behalf to ensure that their customers are protected from this type of mayhem. Sad but true, don’t buy this product and be skeptical about other products they offer!!

Working great and came quickly

EXACT match to the OEM pump on my 2001 dodge Dakota. This even comes with a new reservoir cap. Remanned units are equally as expensive and don’t come with a cap. This is a BRAND NEW UNIT so there’s zero chances of getting someone else’s junk. Highly recommended buy!!!!!

Not for 1996 Ford F150 XLT 4.9 IL 6. Amazon advertised as fitting, but not quite correct. Original was leaking from the high pressure (HP) return line. The pump was original so I decided to replace pump and line at the same time. This unit fit the mounting and pulley system fine, but was a miss on the hydraulic connection where the HP return line connects. This unit was about 1/8 inch too short on the female threads - so the HP return line would never seat fully. HP return line would tighten down as far as possible, but still have a 1/8 or 1/16 inch gap preventing a seal & leaking. I was able to remove the connector from my original pump. Combine that with the gaskets from this pump and you effectively have a rebuild kit. The combined unit fit well, connected and sealed perfectly. No leaks or whine. The pump runs great so far.

It fits perfectly with my 2006 Dodge Dakota and can be installed without damage. After replacing the power steering pump with this one, the steering is much more comfortable and the noise has been greatly reduced. Absolutely recommended!
