Saw a few brands of these with really mixed reviews, then came across these from this seller with much better reviews so thought was worth a try. I am so impressed, they are so so easy to use and so quick. Last time I installed a toilet seat I have very limited access to see under neath and so was in awkward position trying to hold a nut with pliers and screw the top, it was honestly a nightmare. This time with our new toilet seat I told my partner it was his turn to endure that hell, he put it on but was not in the right position and it was very stressful. Then I found these, so figured was worth a try. I have just swapped it over and honestly it took me a matter of minutes, I genuinely cannot get over how simple and quick they are to use. My new toilet seat is now perfectly positioned and really sturdy. Amazing.

Well made and more importantly they work

Living in a rented property, I can't really start ripping out boxing to get to the fixings and replace a toilet seat that is well past its best. The one side I could get into wasn't a problem, but the other required levels of skill in the contortionists art that I don't possess. So after the "it's not destructive, honest" use of a dremel and cutting disc, the inaccessible fittings were (mostly) removed. Some parts will be left for future archaeologists (or bathroom fitters) to find. These low cost replacement bolts for the new seat were possibly the easiest fixings I've ever had the good fortune to find. Their fitting was completely flawless in execution and the end result was a securely attached toilet seat capable of remaining secure under even the most excessive of glutei maximi without succumbing to unusual gravitational forces.

I have tried these twice now and they are not quite long enough between the rim that stops them falling through and the top of the swivvle clamp, thus the clamp doesn't clear the toilet bowl which stop the clamp opening up properly. The solution is to cut back/file down the rim so it can drop through the hole in the toilet bowl. Then while holding it in place underneath just carry on as per the instructions..This allows the clamp to open up fully and secure the fittings to the bowl as you tighten the screws. Only takesvs few seconds to modify and the job is s good un. Much less hassle than a refund..

Worked perfectly for me but what are those plastic washers for? Didn’t use them.
