This is a wonderful Tiger Milk Mushroom supplement. I've been adding it to my water bottle in the mornings. It has a nice flavor and the powder is finely ground, so mixes very easily. In the picture, I dissolved one packet in 8 oz of water. The flavor of this supplement is very lightly sweet with a mild guava flavor. I don't taste any earthiness from the mushroom extract but maybe slight bitterness. Overall this supplement is easy to use and interesting way to add Milk Mushroom powder to your diet.

This powder is really easy to take and take with you. I poured the powder directly into my mouth and at first I was worried it would be too powdery but it started absorbing saliva and melting pretty quickly. I tried it with 3 friends around 6 pm on a Friday night going out after work and driving home at 11, we were all still feeling pretty good. We weren’t like red-bull energetic but it was a gentler just feeling good and not tired when some of us should have been. No jitters, no spike and crash. It tastes mostly like passion fruit but you can taste the earthiness of the mushroom. It’s not bad at all though. All four of us agreed that we actually like the flavor.

Fine if you mix it into a very strong tasting smoothie, but I did not like the taste by itself. Very convenient little packs though. I would not purchase again.

Dissolved easily with a little stirrinh. Very mild taste, slightly hint of sweet. I really didnt notice an energy boost. Filt some dizziness in about 10 minutes and felt a weird sensation behind my sinus. Lasted about 2 hours.

Great passion fruit flavor, with an earthy undertone of mushrooms that gives it a savory note. The package gives the option of just consuming the powder directly. I did this. Kind of like a pixie stick, it is tricky to get just the right amount, but it is tasty and fun. As long as you don't get too much at once, it dissolves easily on your tongue and is no problem to swallow. This is a nice change of pace. The only ingredients listed are passion fruit, inulin, and tiger milk mushroom.
