Are they dishwasher safe?

how do you clean these? DO they come apart to make it easier?

Yes, its easily taken apart, 2 pieces, then u wash with soap and water.

Are they able to be comfortably worn when not breast feeding?

The inside is a soft flexible material where it goes against your breast. Be warned that it is a shell and hard on the outter side so depending on you breast size and or bras that you wear it could look a little strange under clothing. There is also a small opening on one side of each shell to pour collected milk from so be careful when bending over

Can they be worn to bed/laying down without leaking?

Dear Christina, Thank you for your question! Milkelle breastmilk collection shells have the anatomical shape and flexible skin-friendly food-grade silicone material which allow unique wearing comfort. However breast shell is not designed to be used in horizontal position or overnight. We recommend using breast shell only in vertical position (with air-vent facing upwards) to prevent breastmilk spills.
