Good price BUT make sure your Doctor is aware that you are taking this product if you are also taking medicinal blood pressure meds. This capsule of pumpkin seed oil lowers blood pressure well enough that it may lower blood pressure TOO much. Good to take by itself.

I did some research and learned pumpkin oil can help with hair growth. I’ve been taking this daily for 3 + months and my hair has grown about 2”. I had some thinning spots and I’m seeing new growth. My skin seems To be thriving as well.

I gave it 3 stars, as there's nothing wrong with the quality. The less than stellar review is because they are huge horse pills & very hard to swallow. I've even tried running them under water to soften them & make them easier to swallow, but that doesn't help. I just can't use them, it really hurts to swallow them.
