I like this supplement for helping me remain calm. It has health benefits and the quality is good. The price is also reasonable.

The L-Theanine 400 mg worked really well for stress and tension. I felt calmer and more focused within about 30–40 minutes, but not drowsy at all. I have ADHD and it's very hard for me to settle my mind down to go to sleep. Also, I have sleep apnea.. When I say I take it an hour before bed and don't wake up. What a blessing 🙏🏽 Before taking this. I use to toss and turn all night. Also. I would wake up easily to any sound. All of that went out of the window taking this. I take two one hour before bed .. and sleep 8 hours.. I have bought this 6 times and I am going to keep refilling my order

Good stuff
A good use of your money would be to buy this thing. Quality focus and jiterriness is nothing i saw also not sticky . Very effective . Health benefits im not sure.
