Just What I Was Looking For
I was suffering from Vitamin D deficiency because of being a vegetarian and work from home lifestyle which was causing extreme fatigue problems along with other health issues. I started taking Carbamite Forte D3 gummies but it caused be insomnia, so switched to What's Up Wellness gummies and have to say these work great. It's best to take this after lunch as it makes you feel a bit energetic, taking these at night might effect your sleep. I also like that it only has few vitamins unlike others which are packed with like dozens of vitamins, also these don't cause any side effects, other multi-vitamin supplements have 100% RDA of Biotin which causes digestion problems for me, this one has smaller amount of biotin so works for me.
