GaborAssist, Women's Ballet Flats

I loved these shoes but they were too narrow, I ordered them without realising that I am a G fit in Gabor shoes which I then discovered by chatting with the John Lewis shoe department assistant. Sadly these shoes are not made in a G fitting and whilst Gabor do have a limited range of G fit shoes (available directly from the Gabor website), they don't make a completely black patent ballet pump which is what I really wanted.

This is my second pair - the last pair were bought about a year ago, now relegated to use for walking to the station in the morning, and the second pair to wear in the office. Great that Gabor do 1/2 sizes. Very smart shoes. Very happy with them.I've now gone on to buy a third pair, but I bought the blue patent - unfortunately the blue, which I thought would be navy, is more like a black so I am sending them back.

I love these shoes,I bought the blue ones a couple of years ago and they are still like new,despite wearing them day after day,but Gabour shoes are always good,and these were £35. Cheaper than in the shops.

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. The look smart and can take you anywhere, just like the little black dress these are my little black shoes.

As reported to an operator: on ordering, a width option was shown on the description. I opted for wide fit as Gabor shoes are normally narrow fitting. The confirmation did not show this hence my query. I can only conclude that the width option shown is not in fact offered

These are lovely shoes but tend to be on the small and narrow side, even though I ordered my usual size. Maybe the fact that they are patent with very little give is the reason. Unfortunately I had to return them.

Arrived very prompt. Very comfortable shoes, I usually wear size 4 Gabor shoes but having read some reviews decided to opt for 41/2 and fit perfectly.

This is the second pair of Gabor shoes I have purchased as they are a wide fit and extremely comfortable, hard wearing and the patent makes them a little more elegant for flat shoes
