I have writen below email to customer service still didn't receive respond from the brand very disappointed 😞I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the Fireboltsmartwatch I purchased and the lack of adequate after-sales service. Ibought the Firebolt smartwatch from Amazon just a week ago, and to mysurprise, I started experiencing significant battery issues almostimmediately. Given the reputation of your brand, I did not expect suchpoor quality, and this has been extremely frustrating.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I visited your listed servicecenters in Thane, only to discover that many of these locations wereeither closed, no longer supported Firebolt products, or were simplynonexistent at the addresses provided. This is incrediblydisappointing and speaks to a severe lack of proper infrastructure forcustomer support.Moreover, the customer service hotline is fully automated, and I havebeen unable to speak to a representative to address my concernsdirectly. As a consumer, this lack of support is unacceptable.I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the followinginformation at your earliest convenience:The nearest Firebolt-authorized service center to Thane that canassist me with my smartwatch issue.A direct contact or escalation path to address my concerns regardingthe quality of the product and the after-sales service.It is my sincere hope that Firebolt will address these issues promptlyand restore my faith in the brand.
