The media could not be loaded. Turned this on when I was sneezing when I was ill and within 10 minutes felt better, it definitely made a difference. It looks modern and not too big so I can put it anywhere. I'd say the only drawback is that it's loud, I would have deducted a star but tbh I actually ended up liking it when falling asleep, it was like white noise but I can see how it would hinder someone else so bare in mind. It does have a night mode which is slightly quieter, I had it on max day mode 2 (was really ill).I bought it for £40 it's decent compared to others, for £20-30 more you could have got a way bigger and better one but that's up to your needs. I think this product is only good to use when you're in need of cleaning the air in a room, but not leaving it on all day, there are other ones like Phillips that are more discrete enough to do that. I do love this and I hope the filter lasts me long enough before needing to change, I may or may not update after a while.

The media could not be loaded. Likedvtgis so much I bought 3 for my house. More effective than my over £100 tower ion cleanser and even more effective than my £300 dehumidifier. Wish I'd just gotvthese from the start. Cleans air very well and fast too, isn't actually as noisy as these reviews make out at all, if you have on a high setting yeah, but on sleep setting, it's more than acceptable, and again, it's quieter than any other device in the likes on night mode.

Bought for son,but took my one as this one is not as powerful as my one of another brand.I'm not sure how the filter system works ie refills. Speed 2 can be noisy, speed 1 tolerable. There is a difference in air, but not massive change.But still worth buying.

This item does a reasonable job & you won’t expect more for £40 tbh. Filters & circulates air around the room well even though the night time setting is louder than the lowest for some reason (sounds like it does on full power & only turns the LED lighting off). The aromatherapy function isn’t that great at all & even with some strong smelling essential oils that if leave bottle open you can smell in another room, when placed in the central compartment do not get circulated at all. I have checked that the holes are not clogged in the cap etc & the sponge is still moist from the oils (remove the cap & can smell the oil fine but not really safe to leave it off imho as that would be the only way to get the oils to circulate). Will have to see if the filter lasts as long as it is claimed but noticed that it has already started to lessen the amount of impurities in the air it removes even after cleaning. Wondering if will be worth paying out £16 for a new filter down the line or just buy a new & better purifier.

Compact and easy to use. I have mine next to my 3d printer to help reduce particulates during printing.

I have a few of these now, 1 in each room the Ferrets have access to.It removes the Stink Mink smell mostly and does actually make the air taste better and fresher. On high, it is definately shifting a lot of air but it is silly loud, so I just keep it on low, it blends in with homely background noise and is easy to ignore.That is the good part, now the bad, it isn't really all that quiet even on night mode, like I am used to a dual fan on next to my bed, it is louder than that.So for those wanting it in a bedroom, I don't recommend it. But for those wanting to remove pet smell, highly recommended from me. If it can do in season ferret stink, which it can, it can do pretty much any animal.

TRUE FACT: Not as advertised - Not " silent operation, undisturbed peace" , it's louder than my bathroom extractor fan, in fact, on the lowest setting, I can hear it downstairs in my living room!TRUE FACT : Uses nearly 30% more electricity than advertised! Power Rating on website 18 W, on box 22W, actual ( measured ) 23 W. ---- similar air purifiers claim they use only 6W, that's 4x less electricity!TRUE FACT : After 4 hours of filtering the air in my bedroom, thier was a distinctive unhealthy odour of plastic ! Why didn't the incredibly thin, feeble carbon filter absorb these fumes ? I opened my window for fresh air !Don't waste your money on an overpriced, cheap plastic box with a noisy fan in !

Living right next a busy road, I always felt the need of an air purifier in our living room and our search ended with this one. This is a very compact, easy to use purifier. With a slight touch on the control panel, I can operate this device. Just after using it for few hours, I can clearly feel the difference in the surroundings of our living room. The purifier is comparatively silent and does the job as expected. I am impressed with the design of this purifier too, it adds further charm to decor with its honeycomb top panel. It is very compact and doesn’t look the area messy.Having a pleasant blue night light and oil diffuser functionally adds to the utility of this purifier. I hope the filter will remain effective as it is now.
