Optimum Nutrition Nutty Chocolate Caramel Protein Bar, 10 x 70 g

Love this product, The nutty chocolate. And chocolate caramel is amazing and it’s full of protein. My second box just purchased and I can’t say I’ve found anything better than these.

I recently tried these crispy protein bars and was pleasantly surprised. The marshmallow taste was subtly sweet, masking the protein while avoiding any aftertaste. The chewy yet non-sticky texture, along with the added crunch, made for a satisfying snack. What stood out was its impressive nutritional content, providing a solid protein dose for post-workout recovery with minimal sugar. The bar definitely held up well in my bag as well jiggling along with my water bottle. In short, the Marshmallow Flavoured Protein Bar is a delightful option for fitness enthusiasts and those seeking a guilt-free treat. It's earned a permanent spot in my snack rotation, and I'm eager to explore more flavors from the brand.

Why did you choose this product over others?: With this being vegetarian, and 20g protein + <250kcal this was a great balanced bar. Taste: Taste like nutty chocolate bar 4.5/5 Can feel too sweet if you have more than one. Quality: 5/5 Texture: 5/5 - nuts come through well, nice crunch and not to hard. Protein content: 20g a bar is amazing Sweetness: I find it well balanced, but certain times its tastes overly sweet. Not sure if this a batch issue or just a me and my taste bud issue.

I've tried allot of protein bars but at least other protein bars taste alright with a horrible texture. This tastes horrible with a alright texture. I'd rather eat powdery protein bars and have it with water that taste alright than this as I have to force feed myself . It was great when I had covid , couldn't taste anything and texturally it was great . I got peanut butter, idk how hard it is to make it taste like peanut butter when the calories aren't low it's around 200 Cals for 20g of protein like every other decent bar. I'm not asking for perfect peanut butter, it could've been chocolate with a hint of nuts but this just tastes like out of date chocolate with a aftertaste that just makes u want to throw it in the bin. At least it's somewhat filling as it's a big bar .

I don't know how they are supposed to taste but the ones I received must have gone bad in storage or transit because they taste like rancid butter.

Ich liebe süßes so als Belohnung oder als Entspannung für zwischendurch. Vom Geschmack her könnte man auch leckere Schokoriegel genießen aber dann müsste man im Fitnessstudio übernachten und diese Kohlehydrate und den daraus resultierenden Zucker wieder abzutrainieren. Keine wirklich sinnvolle Option wie ich finde. Daher kommen für mich lediglich Eiweiß Protein Riegel infrage und wer schon gute Protein Shakes herstellt sollte auch gute Protein Riegel herstellen können. Der Chocolaten Brownie von Optimum Nutrition ist wirklich ein süßes Schätzen sehr lecker nicht zu süß und wenn ich ihn in dünne Scheiben Schneide kann ich ihn sehr lange wunderbar genussvoll verzehren. Die im inneren liegenden Protein-Crispies mit Soja-Protein Isolat machen den Snack sehr knusprig und in Verbindung mit der dunklen Schokolade einfach zu einem krossen Snack, indem ich gerne reinbeiße. Kein extra Zucker ist hier gleich von doppeltem Vorteil er schmeckt nicht nur zu süß er besitzt halt auch Geschmack die dunkle Schokolade kann ich mehr genießen als, wenn er zu süß wäre. Für mich ideal was ich auch sehr gefällt ein Riegel reicht mir, bei Schokolade mit reichlich Zucker fällt es mir schwerer aufzuhören. Ich mag gerne mal so zwischendurch einen guten Kaffee oder Espresso genießen und da ein paar Scheiben von diesen leckeren Chocolaten Brownie dazu ist einfach das was meine kleine Auszeit versüßt. Ohne danach Gewissensbisse zu haben. Die Protein-Riegel die ich von Optimum Nutrition kenne schmecken wirklich sehr lecker und befinden sich auf meiner Abo Liste. Und ich habe immer etwas was mich stimuliert aber nicht belastet.

J'ai goûté plusieurs barres de protéines d'une autre marque assez connue, dont je ne citerai pas le nom, et les précédentes m'ont donné un goût assez pâteux en bouche. C'était assez difficile de finir les bouchées. J'ai décidé d'acheter celles-ci (goût guimauve) et franchement j'ai été agréablement surprise ! Elles sont très légères et se mangent assez facilement mais rassasient très bien également. J'en reprendrai !
