I’ve been on a quest for the perfect protein bar for years, having tried at least 20 different brands and countless flavors over time—everything from chalky, overly sweet bars to ones that taste like cardboard. Barebells Protein Bars are, by far, the best I’ve ever tasted, and they’ve become my go-to for a quick, satisfying protein boost. The taste is phenomenal—no artificial aftertaste, which is a huge issue with most bars I’ve tried. Whether it’s the Chocolate Dough or Salted Peanut Caramel, the flavors are rich, natural, and indulgent without feeling like a chemical overload. The texture is the real standout: perfectly chewy yet firm, not crumbly or waxy like some competitors. It’s the kind of bar you actually look forward to eating. The macros are solid—around 20g of protein per bar with reasonable carbs and fats, making it great for post-workout recovery or a mid-day snack. At roughly $2–$3 per bar (depending on the pack size), the price is competitive for the protein content, especially compared to pricier brands with less satisfying flavors. The variety of flavors keeps things fresh; I’ve enjoyed every one I’ve tried, and there’s something for every mood. The only downside is the delivery time. Sometimes, it takes a week or more to arrive, which can be frustrating if I’m running low. I’d recommend ordering ahead to avoid the wait. That said, the quality more than makes up for it. If you’re tired of artificial-tasting protein bars and want one with great texture, solid macros, and a price that doesn’t break the bank, Barebells is the way to go. I’m hooked and will keep these in my rotation!

They don't taste fake

Oh. My. Gosh. These are awesome! I hesitated to buy these due to never having tried before and if I didn’t like, would be $30.00 out the window. I am so happy I took the plunge. These are sooooo delicious and an easy way for lazy people such as myself to add protein to their diet on the daily.

I don't write a lot of reviews. I just got these today and tried them for the first time. I have tried other Barebell products but this was the first time trying this particular one. One of the best protein bars I've ever had. AND, no sugars added! When is started trying to get 0 sugar intake, i was surprised to discover how many protein bars have added suger. It's hard to believe this one doesn't! I love it and so did two other protein eating friends in our office that i shared them with.

These are my absolute favorite Barebell flavor! Fast shipping, no crushed bars in the box.

Just like them all now! They have started using soy, an allergen that many people avid. I switched to these bars from Qwest because they too started to take the cheaper route, So now, Barebells is cheaping out by using soy lecithin, Bye Barebells.
