What a happy find!
I bought this for the seborrheic dermatitis on my forehead. There is very little taste, for which I’m grateful. Sadly, I quickly realized that my gut did not like it. (It seems this is not uncommon.) However, I noticed improvement after just two topical applications! Using a very small amount once a day, my skin is visibly better after just a few days. So happy to find a natural remedy!

Came Open With 25% of the Oil Spilled!
The item arrived open, the seal was broken, and 25% of the oil spilled into the bag it came in. It was a huge mess. The whole bottle was slippery with oil the baggie was full of spilled MCT oil. I had to wash the bottle with dish soap several times for the slippery oil to wash off. Since the item is non-refundable, I called to complain and finally got my money back. Do not buy this oil or you'll end up with a defective product.
