F38 Camera Shoulder Strap Mount Quick Release for Shoulder Straps Kit V2, QR Plate Camera Tripod Mount

I love this attachment. The main issue with straps I used to have was when I brought the camera up to my eye to see the EVF, the strap would get in my way and annoy me but with this strap I can just easily take it off with the quick release plate, take the photo I want, and reattach to my side. It's honestly the only strap I use now and it also frees up the top clips so that I can use a cage when I want to Perks: Great quality, fits perfectly on the side of my body to keep secure, the design for the quick release is great, light, fixes the issues I had with bringing straps up to my eye to see the EVF My only con: it only fits specific mounts that are square and short. But this is just cause the slide itself needs to sit correctly for it to lock and makes perfect sense

This is such a small and simple device there's not a lot to say about it, but it's easily my favorite camera accessory I own! I have it paired with a peak design strap and the setup is so flexible and versatile. The clip feels very solidly built, the mechanism is extremely satisfying, and it's extremely reliable both in holding your gear but also in quickly sliding off when you need to. I never miss a shot fumbling to get my camera unclipped because it's so fast!

This was super easy to install and feels very sturdy. I have no worry about using this with my Sony A74.

This device solves my problem of wanting to carry my camera with the straps attached to the bottom, but still be able to put my camera on a arca-swiss head tripod from time to time. I want my straps on the bottom because they interfere with my operation of the camera when they are on the top. The finish on this device is gorgeous. The machining is impeccable. Its operation is very smooth. Very importantly, there is a locking mechanism to prevent the release button from being accidentally depressed. The design is intelligent. It's truly a pleasure to own this little device. Highly recommended.

I'm sharing my initial impressions, and may update this review after I used it for a bit. I shoot on Fujifilm X-T50 with a Smallrig grip attachment. I'll start with my caveats. Similar to other reviews, the product I received (1 button with a slide lock mechanism, ID: 3142) is NOT what was pictured (2 button mechanism). I can't comment which option is truly better. Personally I like the clever 1 button mechanism, but I can see why others might favor the 2 button. So beware that the product photos are misleading, though what you receive is technically the newer version. The only other mild complaint is that in my brief testing, the base plate screw would come slightly loose if I wriggled the camera with force while mounted. Admittedly, this might just be me not willing to screw it in super tight. Lastly, take note that using such a mount will focus the weight distribution of your camera on a single point, so I'd be careful using this with super heavy setups. Pros: excellent build quality, super easy to install, and great functionality. Allows me to quickly detach from my shoulder strap and I don't need clips dangling around the parts where my hands touch the camera. Compatible with my Smallrig grip. Reasonable price.

This item was prefect to go with my peak design clip and the strap. The quick release works great and lets me help a client then grab my camera to get the shot. The clip is also great with being on the bottom of the camera and keeps from bumping your lens or accidentally hitting buttons or your screen on the back of the camera.

I love these. I have multiple DSLRs and have bought several of these for each of my cameras, plus another version for my monopod. One of my cameras I bought used, and it did not have a neck strap. With this, I can just pop one of my other straps off another camera and use it as I need. I also like the ability to quickly pop my camera on top of my monopod.

I use the NEEWER Quick Release Plate 38mm Square Arca Swiss Type plate #QRP. Wasn't sure they would fit the Ulanzi F38. They fit really well with no movement at all. Combined with a Lucky leather strap fitted directly to the mount, life has been a lot more pleasurable to quickly remove the camera when walking around and not getting the strap in the way. No more dangly bits hanging off the camera. The ULANZI F38 Camera Shoulder Strap Mount is worth every bit of the cost and I would be happy to give 10 stars if possible.

It offers quick on, quick off. The locking mechanism is satisfyingly snappy. One-handed operation feels solid, and the mount clicks into place like perfect. Great build quality and the metal construction that is sturdy but not overly heavy. It is a low-profile design, so it blends in nicely. It worked flawlessly with my Peak Design strap. It is not cheap, Ulanzi must offer something at more budget friendly level.

Will encourage me to take my camera with me more often. I got fed up with carrying my camera in my hand or having to take a bag. Very pleased.

easy to use, small and compact. great way to use one strap if you have multiple cameras, just get additional plates for it and you're set. Light weight and feels secure, doesn't add bulk to your setup
