I take B complex every day I’m 80 years old gives me energy. He can’t beat this product.

I got this Essano Facial Elixir because I I like serums with Vitamin C. This has vitamin C along with Lapagyl and Bakuchiol... pic above for your refence of what they are... Also, a pic of the ingredient list. (Since the product does not disclose it at the time of my review). This is a VERY lightweight serum...thinner than what I am used to, but it feels like silk as you spread it on your skin. It does make my skin feel silky too, and usually it does not. So far, no adverse reaction... Ill post back if there is. It DOES have a high amount of fragrance, which usually I dislike...thus the one star off for not revealing it in their listing) As a woman who uses quite a few different skin products it is hard to say that one certain brand works "better" than others, but I have had excellent luck with the vitamin C serum in the past... I am mid 60's with good skin for reference...Edited 8-29-23: I really like this serum! Its my favorite...and the heavy fragrance seems to have dissipated... or I don't notice it as much! LOL

This repair facial elixir is a fairly light oil that rubs into your skin quickly and does not leave a heavy residue. It has a light scent that is not overwhelming but not one that I would not choose... it is rather floral and sweet... especially right under my nose, but I tend to hate fragrance in my lotions because I feel if I want to have a scent on my it will be my super expensive perfume, not random face stuff smell... pet peeve of mine, obviously. Otherwise, it is geared toward older skin and is an alternative to retinol lotions. Retinol is a mainstay in most women's skincare regimes as it increases skin cell turnover, however, it makes you sun sensitive. The ingredient that replaces the retinol in this lotion does not cause sun sensitivity. Otherwise, it includes vitamins C and E, both awesome to help skin look better. Again, it is a nice serum in feel, texture, and ingredients, but one that I think had too much fragrance for me.

(My wife’s response she is 59 years young) Like most women, I’m sure, I’m always looking for the one product for my face that I am truly happy with, and this is it! There is something different about it for sure, and maybe it is the extract of the lapacho bark that is listed as an advanced botanical ingredient called Lapagyl. As soon as I put it on my skin, and besides the really nice scent, it just felt like satin on my skin! Some other products that I have tried, always seem to kind of dry out a couple minutes after you put it on, this elixir did not. I’ve only been using it for about a week but I have already seen some really nice changes in my skin. I can really tell that it is softer and smoother looking. I’m thinking this one is the one ladies, I’m gonna keep using it! I am posting a picture of the sides of the box that tells about Lapagyl and other ingredients.

This does have a fragrent floral type scent, so if one is not a fan of extra scents, this may not be for you, but it does seem to work well. I use this as a regular serum after washing and toning, and after application and drying, I apply my regular moisturizer. This is the normal routine I practice, so despite any other directions, this is how I have used the product. The directions make absolutely no sense, so I assume there is a translation issue. Despite this, the product goes on nicely and adds some elasticity to my skin. Probably not a go to for me, but if one wishes to give it a try, I can recommend for normal use..

This facial elixir has a silky texture when applied, and it absorbs very easily. I like how lightweight it is, and the fact that it doesn’t leave behind any stickiness. My skin felt smooth and had a slight glow after applicationI don’t usually order perfumed skincare products because I have very sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I only saw that this had parfum in the ingredients list after it arrived. It does smell delicious, which I won’t deny helps make the application process more enjoyable. However, I hope my skin won’t develop any reactions with greater usage.It’s a bit too soon to tell if the facial elixir will actually help with signs of aging as I think much more prolonged use is necessary to judge such results. However, it’s been a lovely product to use for extra hydration and glow. I also liked a number of other ingredients.

This is a thin, clear, watery elixir with a potent floral scent. The instructions say to cleanse, tone, use eye cream, put this elixir on then use your day or night cream and follow with mask or exfoliation. It would seem logically, that the exfoliation/mask should come after the cleanse step or you would remove some of this product and your night cream. I tried it as they suggested and felt my skin was dry after the mask (a clay mask is my go to) without reapplying this and the night cream again. The second time I tried it I moved the mask to step #2 and it was much improved. This absorbs quickly. The heavy floral scent earned it a star off because it was distractingly strong for my taste.It was hydrating by itself and especially with moisturizing afterwards. Some good ingredients here with Lapagyl, Bakuchiol, vitamin C and meadow foam for wrinkle reduction. I look forward to giving this the 30-90 days needed for a more in depth assessment of effects but the short term effects are noticeable when used in the correct order in my skin care routine.

Current price $24.99. This elixir is fantastic. Now that I'm older, my skin is much dryer. This stuff works great! No fragrance - seems to plump up my skin when I put it on! Feels great on my skin and after it soaks in, my face feels much more hydrated! 5 Stars. Hope you find this review and pictures helpful. This is one of the items I will order again. I just love what it doe for my face - especially around the eye area!
